Planner sections flip, a closer look: Inbox and Selfcare - Minimal, Functional & Aesthetic

Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new video.
Today we're taking a deep dive into my first two sections, "Inbox" and "Selfcare", using my minimal & productive A5 Filofax "The Original" planner for 2024.
Please note that I speak of personal experience of some health issues. Even though I don't go in details, if you think that can be triggered for you, please feel free to not watch this video.
