@@SweetGoddess420I wouldn't call that movie good 😅 I wish they would reboot it too.. I guess the public interest just isn't there... It would be better than a millionth super hero movie tho 😮💨 There were talks of a TV series for a little while in the early 2000's but it got scrapped 😢
Quest for fire is the closest good one probably . And opening part of the leftovers episode 1 of season 2, and the channel the histocrat / north 02 for more documentary style
This series is one of my favorites! I remember how exciting it was whenever a new book was released!! I love hearing the kitty in the background 😍 Thank you for retelling these wonderful stories!
The author is, if nothing else, a master of conveying frustration. Particularly concerning Broud. But what I mean in his case is that in this world, the Clan doesn't put up with BS and has many ways of correcting an individuals behavior. Except, apparently, when it comes to Broud. No one, not even Brun, ever puts that spoiled little shit in his place Except Ayla, and half the time she's not even aware of it. As a parent, nobody whoopin Brouds' ass is the most amount of frustration I've felt in awhile.

The relationship between Ayla and Kreb is so sweet and unexpected 🥰
I've read this series numerous times in my life and often wished good movies would be made. These readings are the next best thing.
There's a movie, Daryll Hanna plays adult Ayla.

I think your cat spoke just as you were reading the words mentioning cats :)
I noticed that too. 😀
Why the hell the reader needs to over emphasize the letter S is so annoying that I cannot listen to anymore.
You want some cheese with to go with your whine?
Never heard of this series before, enjoying it so far.
Many thanks for these readings!!
Didn't thought I would enjoy them much .....but I was wrong
Where can I find the second book of this series, the book titled The Valley of Horses?
I see them in thrift stores ALL THE TIME, also, all bookstores, and usually libraries will all have them, they were best sellers
Thank you for doing this!
p
You know you're getting old when you know there's a movie adaptation of this that no one is mentioning.
I heard it wasn't very good.. is it?
@@amosbackstrom5366 It's not the greatest thing ever put on celluloid but it isn't that bad either.
