I am a student at IIIT-A and there are a couple of corrections , the median package is approximately 27 LPA (IT+ECE ) and also some students are provided single rooms in the 1st year itself if they get admitted at the end of the admission procedures. Great video though!
If one is getting IT at IIIT Allahabad through JEE Mains and other branches at IIT BHU, Roorkee, Gowhati etc. through Jee Advanced, What will be better?
@@Well_done_IITD Depends upon the branch you're getting at the older IITs. I personally was getting lower branches like metallurgy and chemical at BHU , KGP and IIT Indore but left them to join IIIT-A.
@@shauryajain5358 Say at a rank of around 1500 to 2000 in advanced, If getting MnC(Maths and computing), EC, EE at IIT BHU, IIT Gowhati, IIT Roorkee. CSE at new IIT Patna, Ropar, Jodhpur and IT at IIIT Allahabad then what should be the right decision?
@@Well_done_IITD In my opinion , MnC/EC/EE at IIT BHU/Guwhati/Roorkee > IT at IIIT-A > CSE at IIT Ropar , Jodhpur and other 2nd gen IITs. The reason for this is that older IITs have a different charm which cannot be matched by any other college (except BITS Pilani) and while the newer IITs are growing but IIIT-A is more well established as compared to them.
@@shauryajain5358 Thanks for your unbiased comment. You have mentioned BITs Pilani also. Kindly compare CSE at Bits Pilani (fee 28 lacs) vs IT at IIIT Allahabad(fee 8 lacs). I think placements are better at IIIT Allahabad then is it wise to pay hefty fee at BITS?.
I am not from the ECE domain and not the student of these institutes. Still I am sure that both are good. But from a few UA-cam reviews saying that if you are really interested in ece then you should be in mnnit allahabad.
Can i get thapar cse or coe or csbs given my 12 th marks are 90.8% and i belongs to backward class with homestate reservation . Can i get any above branch??
