Visual Studio 15.9 cannot work with .NET Core SDK 2.2.202 (or any 2.2.2nn). Please install .NET Core SDK 2.2.1nn "Issue details: 2.1.6xx & 2.2.2xx version of the sdks are only supported on Visual Studio 2019. VS 2017 needs 2.1.5xx & 2.2.1xx versions of the sdk.
When I run the application without debugging, the Chrome Browser does not open. I can manually browse with Chrome, and all other browsers open when I set them as the default but not Chrome. It's almost like Microsoft is blocking Chrome!

But If I'm making same project with lower version of .net core i.e. 1 then it's workine finr without any error. Not sure what is going wrong. Any help is appreciated
To clarify better @Sourav Gupta answer on the site dotnet.microsoft.com/download there is a version that is compatible with Visual Studio. I ran in the same problem, almost gave up before I thought to look through the comments.

Hello Manish - Can you make a small change in the code file (may be add a space and delete it again and save) and then run the project again using CTRL + F5. Please let us know if this has helped.
