      Those frames make pendants so much easier, don't they?! Glad you enjoyed the project. There might be a touch too much black in those but they are still ok.

Hope you have a fantastic weekend! I'm totally over the heat but that's what we are getting today in California. Hugs

    Wow! Never thought to randomly place colors as you have done for a Mokume Gane. Love the results! The colors are beautiful also. Since I don't use resin, I coat the inside of the frames with liquid clay to glue the clay into them. I use a varnish to coat them after baking. Can't wait to try your method.

    Or sleeping lol. InCalifornia it's 12:34 a.m , so, even if it's later for you it's still the middle of the night unless you are in a different country...ans you still have your happy chirpy dynamic self still going on lol
    So, good on it, I have a new and fresh video to watch and keep me company in the middle of the night!!
    Claying into the we hours...I get it!
    I haven't watched yet, but I can say I know with all confidence that it's great!!

    These are so pretty❣️
    U said u use 2part resin?
    I have used 2part as well but after a year or so the jewelry I used it on it looks like cheap clear plastic. I know PC & resin is essentially plastic…but we don’t want them to look like plastic.
    What brand do u use? I’ve used 2-3different brands & they all end up with the same result as I stated above.
    The UV resin (I also have tried several different brands) so far hasn’t ended up looking cheap like the 2part with any of the different brands I’ve used
    Again, these are so pretty! I ♥️ ur videos❣️

    Fenomenalnie wyszły 😍 Mimo że zielenie to nie do końca moja bajka, to tutaj mi grają idealnie :) Takie pytanko - tył też zalewasz żywicą? czy tylko wierzch?

    • @joannascorner4478
      @joannascorner4478  Рік тому

      Tylko wierzch. Chciaz myslalam po fakcie ze powinnam byla zrobic wisiorek na dwie strony I dwie strony Zajac zywica....

    Beautiful! Can UV resin be used? (I hate the wait for 2 part resin 😂) Thx in advance!

    • @joannascorner4478
      @joannascorner4478  Рік тому +1

      Of course! Uv resin is great! I just don't have the best luck with it and that's why I used 2 part resin. And yes, it is a pain to have to wait for it, I agree! Have a beautiful day my friend!

    What kind of Sculpey did you use? Also why did you even use the little cutters if you shaved them off? But they are nice pendants

    • @joannascorner4478
      @joannascorner4478  Рік тому +1

      Thank you for watching! All the colors of clays are listed in the description. I used the shape cutters first just to add some design to my slices.

      It’s Mokume Gane. The cutters are used to impress a pattern into the stack.

    Which Sculpey clay do you use? I've heard Sculpey 3 is to brittle for jewelry. Just subbed and rang the bell. You do beautiful work!
