Never though I would see a brew guide on this. Had great coffee from these at 2 different coffee shops. Eventually will add this art piece to my home coffee bar.
I imagine a colder extraction picks up less bitter and unpleasant notes in the brew. Had the chance to try some for the first time today, it is definitely the least bitter cold brew I’ve had.
Hi! There isn't a cover on those. We haven't had the issue of dust when using this, but when it isn't brewing we put it away. We would recommend a good wipe down before brewing if it has been sitting for a while.
Are the paper filters only available through Yama? Can they be bought at other retail locations or cut from filters usually found at any grocery store?
any shop that sells filters for chemistry experiments. in the lab we cut them to size a lot. if you want the perfect size right away good luck or buy from the producer
Hi there. We don't technically ship to Mexico. There are some cases where we can do that. You can email sales@prima-coffee.com with the product you are wanting to purchase and our customer service team can help you out.

is there a cover in 2nd and 3rd layer? or is it just wide open? wouldn't dust go in there too easily?

Instructions unclear. Accidentally brewed meth and now my boss is complimenting my heightened work ethic
