Lisa Marie choose him as her 4th husband and their Dad. He has rights too as long as he wants to uphold those rights. I would think if the 14 year old twins don't want to be with him full time, they'd speak up and perhaps a set of different accomodations could be made to make sure they are emotionally happy and supported.

I hope Priscilla and Riley will have a big influence in their lives. Lockwood has always struck me as an opportunist, and I hope and pray he will step up and allow the entire family to heal peacefully and not just see this as a means to any of the Presley fortune (besides any financial assistance he may require to help raise the girls until they're 18).
