The BEST SETTINGS for the Insta360 GO 3

GO 3 is a good upgrade from GO 2, only wish it had 4K and a cheaper price, then I would buy it I guess.
But I think it is a good vlogging camera.

When I take the camera out of the pod and record some of the video clips are upside down or inverted. How do I correct this ???

The talking head footage, when you are vloging, which mode you used? Normal video at 2.7k or freeframe?
