So I was going to tell you on your other video it might be worth it to do tithe farm now. Instead of later. You not only get the cool perks like auto weed, and the outfit/watering can. But it allows you to do farming up to 85, this allows you for the hard contracts at the farm guild. The end area, but it also allows you to get rannar and snap seeds from master farmers. I currently have about 800 4 dose prayer pots on my iron and anytime I'm low I can go hit up master farmers for 30 minutes to a hr and end up with 5-10 rannar seeds. Seeing as how they don't give you any good seeds till 85+ farming.
