Loved "Damsel" Millie's a great storyteller. A good clean movie uplifting movie about a brave courageous strong young woman. We need more!!! Watched it with my 30 yr.old on International Women's Day and we both had the best time. We watched K dramas because they're clever and clean. I hope Millie gives Hollywood a wake up call.
Just watched Damsel, it was good, not great, but it kept my attention until the end. But I actually wish Millie didn't wear any makeup in the movie, I think I would've felt it was more real, I'm not saying characters in fantasy movies can't wear makeup, but it was in the style of of modern makeup and it made her look like what has been termed a "time-traveler", lol, if you know what I mean
How do we allow a 19-year-old to be a producer nowadays when back then we were just told that you’re too young and you don’t know anything so you have to wait to get older and more experienced? This is mind-boggling.
Um, actually, I would TOTALLY love to see her play alongside Tom Cruise. Maybe she could play the part of being his daughter. His role could be a locally respected cop who is great at his job and she admires the work that her dad does because she sees how her dad helps people and is a good person. She also wants to follow in his footsteps and help her dad solve cases. Mom isn't in the picture cuz she passed away from an illness years ago so it was just her and her dad pushing through life. Until one day, when Tom stops by the Johnson's farm where he spots 4 young men he's never seen in town before. He approaches them and asks questions that when the young men answer, it doesn't feel right. Soon he realizes he stumbled upon something unsettling with these guys and is now fighting them until he gets overpowered by them. They grab his wallet then they shoot him and drive away. Next scene is him waking up 5 min later. He sees a picture of his daughter marked with an "x" over it. He fears for her life and is now on a journey to go and stop them before his daughter becomes another victim in town. But little do the 4 men know that they messed with the wrong father and daughter. Queue in Millie and Tom kicking ass, running from explosions, bullets, car chase scenes, jumping off of buildings, hand to hand combat skills, jiu jitzsu, using their environment to their advantage, etc. Literally one of the best father daughter duos onscreen.
Hey you all I'm a big gamer fan and a big Horizon zero Dawn fan I watch damsel and nobody can tell me that Millie Bobby Brown would not make the most awesome alloy if somebody disagree let me know I'll wait you know I ain't a big stranger things movie guy but I like it but it wasn't like something I waited for all year to watch the next season but I'm a fan of her any gamers out there watch how she plays this role the action in it is like wow best movie I've seen this year
Therapy isn’t only for bad childhoods. You can go to therapy to help you grow or to maintain a healthy mental state. It’s good to see how you’re doing and having a professional there with you to work things out you don’t have to have had a traumatizing childhood to need therapy. You can just go to therapy and have it be self-care.
Drew's interview style is too vulnerable with an audience that huge. It makes the guestS ALWAYS uncomfortable. She needs ot tone it down a bit OR have a smaller more intimate audience
