If that young man didn't absolutely NAIL Bobby Brown!--Lawd, have mercy! I was greatly impressed by the series, by the performances, and by the music. I understand all the NE music was re-recorded by the actors, and I have to say (and I know this is sacrilege), their versions of these songs are on-par with NE's.
The movie about NWA was real good but this was better. I didn't think the young actors could pull it off but they did in spades. And the Fact the NE/BBD/BBrown, allowed their flaws and demons to be covered (especially my man Rick, I had no fricken idea he fell off for a minute), I can't give them enough props on that. If there's a negative, it should've been longer, probably 2 more episodes, providing a little more detail on them being cheated, the conflicts with the parents and their families/friends and more on their personal relationships (girlfriends/wives). Still excellent but I know they could've kept the viewers extending it. Great Great,...Movie.
I could watch 2, 3, 5, 10 more episodes..as many as they can make. They can also make a one about Boyz II Men and include this new edition cast too! haha

I met these guys at Six Flags Astroworld when they all came to Houston Texas and I had the honor of meeting them in a special meet and greet and I remember how kind they all where and so genuine. I cried when they had to leave after the interviews and auto graphs.
