    The answer to given Assignment is Function is Continuous at 1,2,3,4 because every open set of Tx(related to respective points 1,2,3,4 )has subset in open set in Ty (related to respective points a,b,d).Thanks

    Excuse me sir you explain this topic very well but you should use word "open set" instead of "subset" bcs there's a requirement of open set not subset.

    Assignment:
    Function is Continuous at 1 and 2
    Function is Discontinuous at 3 because : f({1,2,3}={a,b} is not subset of {b}.
    Function is Discontiouous at 4 because : f(X)={a,b,d} is not subset of {b,c,d}.
