Perhaps put the upper pieces on before wedges, as these will push screws out of square. Ordinary nuts would be easier to tighten. Thanks for sharing. Charles

Thanks for the feed back Charles, You're absolutely right i did a glue up yesterday and it worked much better that way. Also the top holes need to be even wider than 12mm, maybe 14mm to make it even easier

Spacer blocks on before wing nuts might save threading as much.
