Interior is good but you have not used the natural light much...quite dark rooms with very heavy furnitures & all based on spot lights...Maintaining spotlights & heavy ceiling & walls will be quite tedious..missing Indoor plants ...black makes the rooms more dark..

If u arrange your treadmill on the roof, your treadmill along with other devices with be ruined & messed up during the rainy season… !! It’s better put treadmill in the deck but u can put some colorful flower pots with flower plants on the roof, it gives more beauty of the house.
