A question that is equally as legit is, which of those two teams want to AVOID Fever. The new look Fever beat Suns, and lost 2 CLOSE games to Aces with Clark playing BADLY in BOTH. Fever should probably want Sun, and will most likely get them, but Fever is a team not to be fooled with.
And if I'm being honest, Lynx is my pick to win it all, BUT, that's if Fever is knocked out at some point. I've seen clark put up magical performances in big games.. and now she's got a partner in crime. If Fever eff around and make it to the championship.. no way I'm betting against them.

I hate to be that guy, but until there are more teams out of the playoffs than in it, as in the league grows to 20 teams, I refuse to believe a 'dynasty' is possible. There just isn't enough competition to qualify. It is too easy to make the playoffs, literally only 4 teams don't. At least in 2 years we will have 8/15. Lets keep growing and hopefully before 2030 we can start seeing true dynasties.
Sun would be a more favourable matchup, but they're probably not going to pass the 1st round regardless who they face. They should still held their heads up high, they did really good this year

Most assist by a rookie ever, most points by a rookie ever, 2 triple doubles that have never been done in the WNBA, and then finished the season off with 35 point game to be the most points scored in a game by a rookie.I would love to hear someone talk about Angel Reese. Fever obviously do not match up against the Aces. That would be a no contest series.
I want the Fever face the aces. They are about to figure out the aces. Their last matchup was just a coaching mistake. Clark already figured their defense so I'd rather slay a stronger opponent first so it gets easier in the 2nd round. And the fever would rather be the hunter than the hunted.

Caitlin Clark is the MVP to me because she brought a lot of us into the league, gave us aspirations, and helped her team to the playoffs, which they haven't been since 2016, and she broke WNBA records in her rookie year.
I'M MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE NEW YORK LIBERTY AND THE MINNESOTA LYNX AND THE CONNECTICUT SUN TOO, THEN I AM ABOUT THE SEATTLE STORM AND THE LAS VEGAS ACES. ALL 5 OF THESE M.F'S IS THE TOP 5 TEAMS FOR A REASON.

When you play the Aces you also have to play against the refs. Connecticut has a strong defense but only an average offense, definitely beatable
Average offense is absurd. I bet they'll be raining 3s and pickpocket Clark left and right. I do think the Fever will have more confidence against the Sun, but either is a tall order for a team that just got hot and is due for a slump.
@@wtf.................you think Connecticut, which ranks 8th in the league in points per game (79.9) is a better offense than Indiana (3rd in the league; 84.8 points per game) is going to rain 3s (32.5% from 3 as a team) on Indiana (makes an average of 9.2 3s per game)? Connecticut is incredible defensively, but if the Fever is moving fast and hitting shots, they can’t keep up for 40 mins.
What if the Fever win the title? That would literally make Caitlin Clark the equivalent of Magic Johnson in a sense of rookie success, but as a woman with more records as a rookie. 🤔🤣

Indiana beat both Suns and lynx during season. They couldnt beat Aces. Aces are the tougher matchup for indiana.

They dont want to play the 2 time defending champions in the first round . None of them have played in a play off game
They have a better chance with the Sun. But in order to win, they need Aliyah to show why she won RoTY last year. She’s been pretty inconsistent these last few games. Both she and CC were missing that first game against the Aces, and she shot less than 10 times the second game. They need her to attack the basket and get her respect from A’Ja. Kelsey and Caitlin will do what they can to keep them close, Aliyah has to be that difference maker.
If it wasn't for the poor officiating the Fever could have beaten the Aces. The Fever are playoffs ready and could take on any team except Lynx. Kelsey Mitchell, Caitlin Clark, Aaliyah Boston, Lexie Hull and Temi Fagbenle are the key to make it far in the playoffs.
The Sun play Chicago. The only way the Sun lose that game is if they tank.

All depends on which Version of Marina shows up. The one that played with the Sky or the one that completed changed once she started playing with the Suns. If it's the lights Out Marina, then the Suns will give everyone problems. If it's version that played with the Sky, almost anyone can beat the Suns. If I were the ACES, I would REST my entire Starting Lineup. They played almost non Stop throughout the Season and then throughout winning Gold for USA. So they deserve a Day of REST.

What do you mean by exposed? This is a team that their goal was to make it to the playoffs. And they did. None of the players have playoff experience... theres nothing to expose about. This is their first experience, to learn how it feels to play post season and prepare for the future. They was 1-8... nobody thought they would even be there.
