Her Majesty reprimanded William, for ignoring the public! She told him “ All those people are here to see us. The least we can do, is pay attention to them, as they have interrupted their busy lives to see us!”
So spoilt yet it’s called sassy. A moral child would be called naughty and punished accordingly not this one she’s sassy. Why don’t the British public turn sassy and say we’re not paying you lot a dime!
