I absolutely loved the shop, but the one thing that stuck out was the slightly pink white/pink bedspread. My parents had a white one like that, my mother dyed it to a powder blue when she wanted a colour change in their bedroom. You’re right the silver and gold Christmas tree was gorgeous! Yes I remember making popcorn garland, my sister and myself were in charge of making it. The trouble was we would eat quite a bit of it as well! lol! We also made paper chain garland. We had a kitchen table and chairs set like that! We had a white table trimmed in red and red chairs as well!

I always picture us on a tour bus going shopping with you. 😀🤩 I don't buy anything these days unless it is really needed. But, on today's trip the biggest surprise was the shelving unit filled with amber tiara glass and you didn't show it. It's right in the middle of the screen at the 2:09 mark. You couldn't get close to it because of the stuff in front of it. Back in the day I would have bought about 24 pieces on those shelves, just because it is hard to find so many matching pieces in the color you want. I could tell from a distance the pedestal glasses matched my pattern, not sure about the dishes, but I was hoping for a close up view. I have the clear dishes, but started adding amber pieces to it before I became disabled. Now there is no reason to add to my collection, but I love looking at it. They had a lot of pretty things. I love that you’ve taken us back when it’s all set up with Christmas goodies! I loved the four brass birds. Partridges? The chenille blankets were dreamy. And you sound so much better. The woman on the Christmas ornament was Lynn Anderson I believe. She sang that song, “ I beg your pardon. I never promised you a rose garden.” it did look just like Dolly by the way. I wish wish wish we could go back to the days of the Christmas season began the day after Thanksgiving. Now we're bombarded with Christmas even before Halloween. By the time Christmas finally arrives I'm totally burned out on Christmas. & wishing I could just skip it which is crazy because I've always been a huge Christmas lover! I got that $10 black bird at Walmart for $5 last year. I’ll take the pink chenille bedspread, ❤❤❤. I’m thinking the coffee cup set was from the late 60’s , I could be wrong but hey I’m old😂. Yes, those were the good ol days.👍 I remember making a popcorn garland in Brownies. I seem to remember that it wasn't as easy to do as it looked. I love those fish planters!!! Love this store, so many awesome things every time you go. I loved that antique, hand painted German butterfly dish. And the Belleek swan creamer!!!😍 I may just have to call and see if she will ship that. I collect Belleek, I don't have that piece and she has it at a great price! So glad I very serendipitously came across your channel, Kelly. You have quickly become one of my favorite shop along experiences! I think I am going to give Paula a call because I fell in love with a pair of blue glass cylinder candles depicting angels or the Virgin Mary on them??? I kept going back to that part of the video to read the price tag. I’m actually preparing how I want to design my mantle for next year and I want to use my Nativity and blues. Yeah - I know ! Already?? Ahh absolutely! Here’s hoping! My sister lives in Shelby but probably too far away for her to go snatch them for me.. Looks like a fabulous store. This and the Restores….
