Hi Max, İ've been watching your contents about Turkey lately and I appriciate you value even the simple food can be the most delicious one u ever had. BTW welcome to my hometown. I was expecting some of my friends from Singapore and having difficulties to choose places to show them in Ankara. I will follow your steps in Ankara as a rehearsal of my friends' trip. Enjoy your stay and don't forget to visit Anitkabir. Every City has a ön unique soul and a connection point of their people. It''s Anıtkabir in Ankara.
You should visit Eskişehir which is very close to Ankara and widely known as a student city. It is a vibrant, safe and lively place often considered one of the best cities to live in Turkey.
I did my military service was in Ankara. It's a beautiful city. Also, I haven't tried their appetizers, I will definitely taste them the next time I go. Have a nice trip ! Max

Your video make me wish to visit Ankara once again, just to try the yummy mezze and helva you ate. it looks so tasty. I did my backpacking throughout the Turkiye 10 years ago and their food are all so delicious. Thanks Max, greeting from Indonesia.
Great content Arkansa . Cheers. I've seen I thought all the food.....of the world. Never seen fried peppers like that.."give up chips for it..." sounds special then ...lol. Thanks for the knowledge brother, would love to see you tour Canada .. Dont forget a turkish delight ..
@@JoshuaBartolomeu Turkiye is always affordable. Now our country is cheaper than affordable, because of the currency and economical situations i think :)
@@JoshuaBartolomeu I know 😅😅 and it's much harder for us now to go abroad. it's even hard for us to live in our own country. I know because I'm from Turkey
Max, I would have never guessed you would come to Ankara. I have been watching your videos in India and Philippines and boom you are in my hometown :D.
I love to watch all your massage videos, and I just wish we had all that here in the U.S., these men could get rich if they came here and set up a 30 minute massage should cost at least $30 not $3, I love that you pay them what they really deserve. I just looked up how to make Turkish mezze, this was an awesome video, thanks
Beautiful Borek breakfast of local food of Istanbul Sweetly and cutely 🥰(face expressions)explaining the train journey of Ankara . Showing us beautiful charms🤗 of Ankara Mazze breakfast is so so good 😘 Presenting dishes so beautifully 👌n gave us the feeling of five stars hotel dishes We know halwa has so much calories but way of your presentation and eating We can’t think of calories ,carving of eating Increases so much that we can resist Love bites from cute cat is very small but rememberable Sandwich bread rice is simple but not you love it, we also feels the same 🌝 Thanks for showing us beautiful Ankara through ur camera and beautiful heart❤ We love it
Hi Max, great video about Ankara and the great food they have there, special the bread looks so good and i can smell it almost over here in the Netherlands, Turkey is a wonderfull country and i hope to see more, thanks for sharing.see you.😀👍🤳🫂
Max your the man bro...I really appreciate you sharing such great content with us! YOU REALLY INSPIRE ME TO WORK HARD TO BE ABLE TO SOON BE ABLE TO TRAVEL MORE 💯 NOTHING BUT LOVE AND STAY SAFE! 🇬🇧👌🏾
The salad sauce you're referring to is called "Şalgam," pronounced "shal-gam." It’s a fermented turnip juice. Its unique flavor makes it stand out. You can also enjoy it as a beverage, and it's widely available. However, finding a good-quality one can be a bit tricky. If you're interested, I recommend trying the "Ali Göde" brand, which is known for its quality. Some places might have it for sale. and gotta say it is super healthy.
Interesting. The Urdu/Hindi translation for Turnips is just shalgam. Shalgam gosht is a pretty famous seasonal village dish here in some parts of Indian subcontinent. Always nice to come across hints of our shared linguistic, cultural history. :)
Hi and Thanks for giving us this amazing Content from different countries. You are very social and friendly to everyone, an amazing Person! Keep up the great work! 😊 Greetings from Finland, you should give our country a visit too! 😁
When in doubt at turkish restaurant about what to eat, always follow the eggplant. You can't go wrong with it. It might not be the best option at that particular restaurant, but it will never be the worst.
As always, your videos are attractive and spectacular. The people of the Middle East are really hospitable. From the point of view of the culture, food is always magical and crazy.
Typical simit contains flour, water, yeast and sesame. The "simit" that you ate is "Tereyağlı simit". Tereyağlı simit contains butter. That's why it's so delicous and crispy. Second one was "kaşarlı poğaça". It's not simit.
No way you just happened to "stumble" upon Mutlu Kebab and without a reservation no less. (there are 3 of them on that street - I hope you went to the right one) That's not just an Ankara staple. That's a National staple. There are some better places for döner but not many.
That young owner, so nice!
Your food dance, so lovely!
