This is a documentary that all Armenian ex-pats, their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren must watch. To witness in among the falsehoods of generational pride, the reality of a very difficult existence remains. A lot of Armenians have become delusional with lore from the past, the present saddens me and the future is shadowed with dark clouds of hopelessness. Once again BRAVO VPRO for your enlightening, honest and compassionate approach to your production. Disassociating race, borders and disseminating real humanity can only bring people together, I hope and trust your efforts will be appreciated and rewarded. Thank you again.
I really like all the series that you have posted with Jelle, and I think this is the one that I like the best :) Thank you for uploading these series!
My dearest congratulation to Jelle and Vpro for such poignant series. From Dzerzhinsk to Azerbaijan , unmatched telling about beautiful and forlorn land. Did I get it rigth: the violinist witnessed the apparition of his colleagues?
As i a kurd, i feel so sorry for what happened in ww1 against the armenians, but we tried to help most of the armenians by keeping them in our house from the turks, even if we become a country, we will definetely help you and becoming a good ally, much love💕
