I love how XG completely commits to their concept. This video had so many small things that many people don't see at first glance.
"Hesono o" is the Japanese word for "umbilical cord," which is something their previous leader, Airi, started and they use it as a pre-show ritual for every performance they do.
They're also blind folded in the beginning because wolves are born blind. Their fandom is called Alphaz so I'm sure you see where I'm going with this.
This is such a perfect introduction for an album and I cannot wait for their next mini album in November.
Did you know that XG's Maya & Cocona have done a song for Woman Street Fighter. It's called Show You Can so you may even have heard members of XG before without realizing it

Sienna La Lau and The Lab do most of their choreography. They won the World of Dance competition a few years ago. Plus Jurin in XG who is the leader, dance leader and choreographer of the group. If I'm not mistaken they also all wore timbs in the video to challenge themselves while dancing because that's what Jurin usually does when they do the dance practice videos.
XG is also known for constantly wanting to push themselves and break every idol and J-pop/K-pop stereotype people have of them. One of them Cocona even raps the line "XG about to break y'all stereotypes" in one of their XG TAPES and in the next music video which was Woke Up it was her who shaved her head for real

Jurin is such a powerhouse leader! 🙌 Also, I love that XG is always pushing boundaries and Cocona shaving her head is just another example of their boldness. Yes, Sienna is incredibly talented! 🔥
