Nah bro not s tier His has s tier escaping ability but lacks sufficient damage and sustainability in late game His ulti can be countered by a normal cc and conceal , aamon pasive , miya ult , bush and so on He is a great pick in 5man if there are early game heroes or u might not pick him So he is def not s tier I have to go through a lot pressure to play with him on a losing match as where i could easily carry if i had used miya Not a top global or supreme rank claude though Just my opinion @@Emupzy-nq5vx
