I was still a bit shocked when I thought she had just said "take of you clothes" - then I realised she had only mispronounced "take of your gloves". That would have lead to a rather awkward moment at the apothecary 😅
The apothecaries backstory: her family was struck with the plague and being the only survivor she couldn’t go anything to help them. the doctors only cure was to burn their house with the family inside. She then took it upon herself to learn everything she could about medicine for any sickness in order to help those In need like she wished she could for her family. Boom. I could write 📖 🤣😂

This is far more caring than the person who is more concerned about their impression on you than they are about treating your problem. The focused person is the one who really cares about you to the detriment of your perception of them. Deep inside you know this.
It is rare that I actually actively watch ASMR. Usually I have it playing in the background while doing other things as the evening comes to a close. However, these videos are so beautifully recorded that I find it difficult to look away. I often find myself mesmerized by the gorgeous scenes and interesting objects you managed to find. There's an impressive attention to detail.
For me it's also mostly a background thing for relaxation and/or sleep, and I also very rarely bother to comment on stuff on the internets, but I completely agree. This is amazingly well done, big RPG vibes...
I can't even imagine how long it took you to put together that background set, but the time must have been considerable. If I spent that much time constructing it, I would never want to take it down. 😆

We are getting to a point where we watch these videos for the same reason we watch great actors act... to see someone being a master of his\her craft. Building up atmoshpere like this is sooo important for immersion. Also, the editing adds to the narrative as well. Really spot on work.
For what it's worth, I actually enjoyed the colder character. It might sound odd, but my social anxiety makes it hard to work with warm sociable people. I feel this extra urge to be super chatty even though it's hard. This even carries over when I watch role plays and I have to remind myself nothing is actually required from me. This character clearly didn't need our want extra input from me so I just enjoyed.
I feel the same way. I think sometimes the enthusiasm comes off unrealistic for the context. Like my eye doctor is friendly but is never that caring or excited to be doing my eye exam. It seems a bit insincere and brings me out of it. This character seems down to earth and no nonsense which I like. It seems realistic to situation

It's also the pressure one feels to put on an outgoing, enthusiastic "persona" so people won't realize how uncomfortable you are. We've all had to "put on a happy face" here and there, but social anxiety can make it feel like you have to do that alllll... the...time. Does that help?

I really love her demeanor - it isn’t warm and fuzzy caring, but it isn’t cold to the level of “go away.” It’s somewhere in between. So perfect. A true gem of a production, every single moment! 🥰
This character reminds me of my english teacher. Shes a bit hard and cold on the outside, but shes really sweet and is actually pretty hysterical. As of right now im out of school due to COVID-19, however this was a good little reminder of her because shes one of my favorite teachers :)

Three years, damn. Almost three years, i come back to this series every other week, after watching, listening to some run-off-the-mill ASMRs, i just rewatch this specific series, as it is the absolute favourite of mine on this channel, and i just, appreciate it, for hours on end.

This was a really well made roleplay. Even though the character was cold I still felt taken care of. The plants and herb grinding was very tingley. So was the up close off screen whispering. Good stuff more please.😁
Honestly just the sound of looking for, picking up, and putting down bottles makes me want a video where the apothecary shop gets inventoried and reorganized. With a break for tea halfway through of course because that mortar/pestle sound is also 👌
I'm not really into roleplay asmr, but this is SO well executed that I can see this as a series where each chapter is a different client with a different story to tell. I loved the environment, the sounds, everything, amazing video! Subscribed!
I love that it ended with putting everything back in its place. That's my favorite parts about videos like this. The gathering of supplies or making things "just so" and to get it twice in this video makes me so happy!
Masterfully done. This seemed less like a "fantasy role-play ASMR" than it did one of those "unintentional ASMR" vids. Felt like we were watching an actual apothecary plying her trade, which just so happened to provide phenomenal ASMR as an incidental side effect.
Jim5ASMR, goodnight moon, and ASMR with Anna are all equally awesome at acting! They set the scene and you really get a good sense of character with them.

Just watching that old stuff brings to mind an old area in atlanta many years ago with so much spirit and history, good people with much character. I love it. This was a really well made roleplay. Even though the character was cold I still felt taken care of. The plants and herb grinding was very tingley. So was the up close off screen whispering. Good stuff more please.😁

Honestly just the sound of looking for, picking up, and putting down bottles makes me want a video where the apothecary shop gets inventoried and reorganized. With a break for tea halfway through of course because that mortar/pestle sound is also 👌

I love that it ended with putting everything back in its place. That's my favorite parts about videos like this. The gathering of supplies or making things "just so" and to get it twice in this video makes me so happy!
Masterfully done. This seemed less like a "fantasy role-play ASMR" than it did one of those "unintentional ASMR" vids. Felt like we were watching an actual apothecary plying her trade, which just so happened to provide phenomenal ASMR as an incidental side effect.
Jim5ASMR, goodnight moon, and ASMR with Anna are all equally awesome at acting! They set the scene and you really get a good sense of character with them.

Got so many tingles from making the tea 😊And I like that she wasn’t overly friendly, it was a nice change from some of the roleplays that are too sweet and chatty that it’s hard to relax and fall asleep. You must have worked so hard on this and the effort really shows. Very impressive, subbing to see what you do next!

Just watching that old stuff brings to mind an old area in atlanta many years ago with so much spirit and history, good people with much character. I love it. I do English Literature and French, so of course, your wonderful bookish channel with a french accent is PERFECT for me haha!
