Yes, The kind Lord in my heart gently reminds me to take some more EFFORT ...when I loose focus.
The ENVIRONMENT...sitting in front my altar room always helps me focus better on chanting.
And the Sweet Lord graces me to chant EXTRA rounds after I've done the fixed rounds.

I have seen a lot of devotees who do a lot of service but they are not happy. They go through their limit, they do not take care for themselves. And many of them left Krishna consciousness after some time... This point is extremely important!
