Your right gulls do not make the most attractive sounds. I grew up around them, but for the past 30 years I've live in Hawaii where there are no gulls, so hearing them in your videos sparks pleasant memories of sailing in So Cal as a youth. Thanks for the gulls
Lovely place Newtown Creek, used to go there lots in my old Silhouette. Lovely pub if you row up the creek. That yacht club in Cowes was not the Royal Corinthian...it was the Royal Yacht Squadron yikes you will be black balled now lol... I think they still have a men's and women's stairs...I got thrown out of there once. Lovely seeing your recent video postings, been missing them since you had to stop sailing in Scotland but I sincerely hope you can return in due course. Best regards. Andy French
I also am shocked Dylan, that an old East Coast lag like you should forget the Royal Corinthian Y.C. is at Burnham on Crouch. Unsurprisingly, the Cowes Corinthian Y.C. building started its sailing associations as a knocking shop where the 'gentlemen' visiting The Squadron could be entertained and accommodated with female company - perhaps this is why they have been so restrictive on women visiting The Squadron in the past. ;-)

I must say estuary sailing is very foreign to me, where I'm at you can sometimes sail a deep fin keeler right up to the shore
I am well used to scraping bottom.

I am working on it A, aiming to post the remaining films this winter and then I will know where I stand.

The Ice Crystal nearly gave me a heart attack. Here, the only thing likely to run over Little Eva would be a rowing team.
Why don't go Poole harbour
it is full of mosters
