Республіка Косово є частково визнаною країною. Її визнали 114 країн світу, в тому числі більшість країн Євросоюзу. Вона є кандидатом в члени Євросоюзу. Республіка Косово приєдналась до санкцій проти РФ в зв’язку з агресією проти України, але Україна і досі займає політику вичікування і офіційно не визнає Косово. Основною причиною цього невизнання є той факт, що Україна не хоче давати приводу Росії проводити аналогії і спекулювати на тім, що мовляв, тоді так звані квазі республіки ДНР і ЛНР мають бути теж визнані. Але тут ніякого порівняння бути не може. Більш вірне порівняння може бути з розпадом Радянського Союзу, коли Україна відокремилась, а Росія зі своїми імперськими амбіціями не хоче відпускати і визнавати її самостійність. Це саме і з Косово - Сербія не хоче відпускати. Історично землі Косово населяли Дардани - пращури теперішніх косоварів ще з 14-го століття, а в квазі республіках ДНР та ЛНР проживають нащадки росіян, заселених Сталіним взамін депортованих і розстріляних українців. То були завжди українські землі і їх заселяли саме українці. Тому, відокремлення Косова від Сербії ніяк не може бути порівняно з відокремленням квазі республік від України. Україна і Косово в однаковому становищі - бувша частина Югославії і бувша частина СРСР хочуть бути незалежними і самостійними, а фантомні болі держав-монстрів створюють війни і проблеми для вільних народів. Даремно Україна не визнає Республіку Косово, яку визнали Сполучені Штати, Франція, Великобританія і багато інших країн, бо ми браття по нещастю і маємо допомагати одне одному.
Тому Косово безсумнівно належить до дружніх нам країн і гімн цієї країни займе почесне місце в моєму проекті ГІМНИ ДРУЖНІХ КРАЇН.
Гімн Республіки Косово (алб. Himni i Republikes se Kosoves) створив Менді Менджікі. Як і у випадку з державними гімнами Боснії та Герцеговини, Сан-Марино та Іспанії, він не має офіційних текстів, але де-факто тексти використовуються. Він був прийнятий 11 червня 2008 року. Його було обрано, оскільки він не містив посилань на жодну конкретну етнічну групу. Його вибрала Асамблея Косова, за проголосували 72 депутати, 15 проголосували проти, а п’ятеро утрималися.

The Republic of Kosovo is a partially recognized country. It was recognized by 114 countries of the world, including most of the countries of the European Union. It is a candidate for membership of the European Union. The Republic of Kosovo joined the sanctions against the Russian Federation because of the aggression against Ukraine, but Ukraine still follows a wait-and-see policy and does not officially recognize Kosovo. The main reason for this non-recognition is the fact that Ukraine does not want to give Russia a reason to draw analogies and speculate on the fact that, as they say, the so-called quasi-republics of the DPR and LPR should also be recognized. But there can be no comparison here. A more accurate comparison can be with the collapse of the Soviet Union, when Ukraine seceded, and Russia with its imperial ambitions does not want to let go and recognize its independence. It is the same with Kosovo, Serbia does not want to let go. Historically, the lands of Kosovo have been inhabited by the Dardans, the ancestors of the present-day Kosovars, since the 14th century, but the quasi-republics of the DPR and LPR are inhabited by the descendants of Russians who were settled by Stalin in exchange for deported and executed Ukrainians. Those were always Ukrainian lands and they were inhabited by Ukrainians. Therefore, the separation of Kosovo from Serbia cannot be compared to the separation of quasi-republics from Ukraine. Ukraine and Kosovo are in the same situation - the former part of Yugoslavia and the former part of the USSR want to be free and independent, and the phantom pains of monster states create wars and problems for free nations. In vain, Ukraine does not recognize the Republic of Kosovo, which was recognized by the United States, France, Great Britain and many other countries, because we are brothers in misfortune and should help each other. Therefore, Kosovo undoubtedly belongs to our friendly countries, and the anthem of this country will take pride of place in my project ANTHEMS OF FRIENDLY COUNTRIES.
The Anthem of the Republic of Kosovo (Albanian: Himni i Republikes se Kosoves) was composed by Mendi Mengjiqi. As with the national anthems of Bosnia and Herzegovina, San Marino, and Spain, it has no official lyrics, but de facto lyrics are in use. It was adopted on 11 June 2008. It was chosen because it contained no references to any specific ethnic group. It was selected by the Assembly of Kosovo, with 72 MPs voting in favor, while 15 voted against, and five abstained.
