If anybody wants the recipe here it is: SPONGE CAKE INGREDIENTS: - [ ] 90g Mint candy - [ ] 55g cake flour - [ ] 11g cocoa powder - [ ] 2 eggs - [ ] 30g warm heavy cream - [ ] 1 egg white - [ ] 30g sugar INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Finely ground mint candy in a blender. 2. Then sift the little candy chunks through a sieve. 3. In a bowl sift your cake flour and cocoa powder. 4. In another bowl, whisk your eggs on top of hot water then add your powdered mint candy. 5. Melt it while warming up to 42ºC until the lumps dissolve. 6. Let your heavy cream sit in your hot water, meanwhile whipping with a hand mixer, your egg yolks on high speed for 6 min. 7. Then lower it to low speed and break the big bubbles for 2 min. 8. In another bowl whip your egg white and add your sugar 3 times while whipping. 9. Then sift in your cake flour to your egg foam and fold until completely combined. 10. Add and mix your heavy cream that has been warmed to 50ºc and mix gently but quick. 11. Add your meringue and mix carefully and evenly. Don’t over mix and fold it about 25 to 30 times. 12. Pour your batter into your mold and preheat your oven to 170ºC then lower it to 160ºC and bake for 30 min. 13. Cut your cake into three parts (1.5cm thick). MINT CREAM AND ICING INGREDIENTS: - [ ] 20g mint oreo (no cream) - [ ] 300g heavy cream - [ ] 38g powdered mint candy - [ ] Green food coloring INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Ground your Oreos finely. 2. In another bowl, put your heavy cream in the freezer for 20-30 min and while whipping there should be thin ice around the edges. 3. Add half of your powdered mint candy and whip for a couple of seconds. 4. Then add your remaining and whip 60% of your cream with your green food coloring. 5. Reserve 140g for icing in the fridge and for the rest, whip your cream to 90% whipped on top of an iced bowl. 6. Add your ground Oreos to it and mix with a spatula. 7. Add syrup on your first layer of cake and spread your cream on top. 8. Place your half Oreos cream removed on top of your mint cream. 9. Repeat until you reach the top. 10. Cover your cake with your mint cream then cool your cake in your fridge or freezer. 11. Cover your cake with your icing. CHOCOLATE GANACHE DRIP INGREDIENTS: - [ ] 33g dark chocolate - [ ] 30g hot heavy cream INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Melt your chocolate with your hot heavy cream. 2. Cool to 34ºC and pour your chocolate on top of your cake. Sorry if i have terrible English or explanations.

I made this today and it was awesome! Beautiful and delicious! I decided to opt out the chocolate ganache because I wanted the mint flavour to shine through a little more but overall it was a huge success.

- [ ] 90g Mint candy
