Been doing this about 3 times a week for 3 months now. Its by far the best core workout I have come across My entire core is so much stronger now and it helps with not only my running hiking and swimming but everyday tasks too. One of the great thing about it is just as you feel you can go no further you move onto working another set of muscles. As Sean says you can modify as you go, when I started I had to rest a few times now I can go straight through. Just make sure you keep good form! Thanks Sean.
Finally, not one of those "Get abs quick" schemes. I am a climber and due to a recent hyades my core had been very weak. A more rich exercise routine will do nicely. Love ya man

I have just finished my last few big projects for this year, including a second degree black belt and an interview for my new high school. Now, the entirety of 2018 is clear (Besides School). I never realize how much your abs and back really coincide and work together. Now my core is strong as hell. Thank you for these 🤟🏻

I've been doing (one of) your 30 minute Yoga routine every morning before going to the gym. It eases my back pain, is slowly dissolving my shoulder impingement problems, and centers me for the day. As soon as I thought I need to add some core routines to my days, I looked you up. A lot of your videos that I watch are quite old, so I jumped onto your page to see if you were still active, and I am happy you are!
