The Deacon has much closer of a race-room build than the Head. The e-Magnum is a ground-up carving ski while the Deacon is a de-tuned race ski. This makes the Deacon more comfortable in gates and operated by skilled experts and racers while the Head is a bit more accessible, and likes to be used on trails in carved turns.
