As a therapist, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the approach to talking about anxiety. Nick’s honesty and Tim’s supportive, but casual validation was top notch!!
Thanks for normalizing the anxiety, it’s something so many of us deal with but for some reason don’t want to let the outside world know. And kudos for pushing through filming despite feeling anxious!
Monday mornings coffee is always better with this podcast. gets me ready for the week and wanting to book a trip to Florida.... Have a great week everyone.
So appreciate you both being open and honest about anxiety. It's something so many people go through, really nice to hear men talking about it and how it manifests in them and their coping mechanisms. Bravo!
I have never heard anyone else struggling with red/burning ears also struggling with anxiety. I thought I was the only one. Great to hear you both chat about the topic. Love the podcast both!
When Tim mentioned the different cry I started to tear up. I wish I could take every pain my kids have and put it on me. Obviously not realistic or healthy for them because life doesn’t work that way however I will prepare them for the hard moments when they happen and make sure they feel safe and calm and loved. Love this pod and you both make Mondays a lot better haha!
I love the fake out openings that Tim keeps coming up with. Also, my wife would be very happy with the Busted reference as she is a long time fan and saw them this past year on their sold out tour.
Absolutely it is all about a coping mechanism. I finally have learned ways to cope. It literally took 47 years. My last 4 years have been so much better.
Excellent podcast!! I laughed out loud a couple of times and had huge grin most of the time while listening to watching! Tim’s anxiety calming sound effect was the first lol.
You always know a story is leading to an injury when the words, “we lived on a hill and were riding our bikes,” are uttered. I had a hill, fence, bicycle incident as well.
Hi, I'm 61 and when I was young the "dome" for climbing was called the Jungle Gym. Don't ask me why. I guess it matches the theme with the monkey bars. 😊 Love the podcasts!
With kids getting hurt, accidents happen. The biggest thing is to be there, let them know you love them and take care of any cuts/scraps. They will remember the love.
Not a dad, but my Hi Dad Soup moment happened today with my dad. He sent my siblings and I a letter he received from a nephew of my grandpa. Learned more about my grandpa's side of the family I never knew! I'm glad the stories get to continue on. As you get to be an oratory, that tracks!
Nick needs to take Tim to a Buccaneers game next season (Go 49ers for the Super Bowl, Kittle and CMC deserve a ring). Also Nick, little girls can be wild too. I was a huge clutz and did get hurt a lot as a kid (mostly hitting my head on things). I hope Jackson feels better now, I know it has been some time but his lip looked pretty bad in the vlogs I saw. This podcast is becoming one of my favs, Nick and Tim's energy with each other is great!
(Hi from UK) I've been a busted fan from day 1! they're the best! i went to the latest concert last year and was lucky enough to meet them, i suffer with PTSD and anxiety really bad and Matt from the group noticed my physical symptoms and took extra time to make sure i was okay! every day to help with my mental health i listen to instrumental Disney songs and it always puts a smile on my face. loving the podcast!
I rode country bears for the first time this past year, and was appalled. So as soon as they announced that it was going through a refurbishment, I was very relieved. Definitely agree with Nick. I did not want my five-year-old listening to the lyrics or repeating them. Honestly I’m surprised that Disney has let it go for this long.
As a long time Tim Tracker subscriber (2015) and follower of Nick on Instagram.. just wanted to say in appreciate you guys discussing Disneyland /DCA news since I live in Vegas and am a Magic Key Holder for Disneyland. I’m so excited run Disney is coming back! I’m for sure signing up☺️👍🏻
I was at rock the universe and it was really fun! I believe it was the 26th year of the event! They definitely need to figure out crowd management for it though because as a person who struggles with anxiety and has for at least a decade and a half it was incredibly rough.
Our saying was '08 Don't Hate for my graduation year 😂 But yes it feels like forever ago since 2008/09! I suffer with major anxiety, thanks for bringing awareness!
nick, i also LOVED barney as a child! i dressed up as barney for halloween on many occasions and had probably alllll of the movies on VHS. my nickname was also "bailey bop" - baby bop was my favourite character 😅
this podcast is great for my runs - thanks for doing these. hmmm rundisney halloween in disneyland seems like alot of fun - good luck with registration I know you will get it-you have really good luck!
Luv this partnership! Can't wait until you have the partners/wives on too. I hate to tell u but as your child grows into an adult it doesn't get any easier,in fact ,it's the opposite. As very sadly I learned on 13th July 2022. My adult son Ethan, 29yo, had a near fatal accident on his motorbike. It was a freak accident where something sharp on the road punctured his front tyre and Ethan was thrown head first into a stone wall. Medics worked on him for 2 hours at the scene and the air ambulance flew him to hospital. He was in a coma for 3 weeks and in hospital for 65 days altogether. As well as broken bones he suffered from a severe traumatic brain injury. And at the time COVID visiting rules were still in place and I could only see Ethan for 1 hour a day. Absolute nightmare. You cannot imagine how bad it was, adult or not, they're still your baby. But I call him my miracle man now as his recovery is almost miraculous, he lost his job as a heavy goods driver due to the brain injury, but he got a new job before he even hit the one year anniversary of the accident , he's completely amazing. He's doin phenomenal, has so e short term memory problems but I still have my baby. I moved in with him in his house for his recovery and I've now just got my own apartment. So moving out of Ethan's house is gonna be really rough emotionally on me. I just had to tell you this as this was kinda your topic at the beginning of this cast. Thank you boys. Oh ,btw, I'm one of the Tremendous Trackers biggest fans lol. Luv u all. Biggest fan from N.I. 💚💚💚
I definitely think brother bear songs would be great for the new country bears! More specifically the song ‘Welcome’ from the movie! It’s been used at Disneyland for their 50th anniversary parade and honestly would be so fitting if they made it country for the new show!!
Let me assure you, Nick, little girls get into huge mischief too. When I was 9 years old, I went down a hill on roller skates and crashed right into the pokey side of a fire hydrant. I’m 59 years old now and still have the foot long scar on my thigh as proof of my wild child days. I played hard and paid the price for all those fun times. Surviving childhood is full of scars if you do it right. Ha😂
Loving the podcast. Great call joining forces. Nick, I get the Run Disney magic. I've already booked my stay for the Disneyland Halloween run weekend. Now, just crossing my fingers that I actually get an entry. 😊
Nick, I appreciate you bringing up the anxiety. I become very fidgety as well. Especially popping my fingers. Another is pulling the neck of my shirt away from my neck cause I feel like it’s hard to breathe when I have anxiety.
Graduating class of ‘08 and we had a similar incident where the class of ‘07 shoved a costumed character into a body of water, so my school stopped doing grad nite and began doing grad bash… I’m glad I’m not alone in having to pay for the sins of others, Nick!
Interesting that Tim’s and Nick’s favorite colors are blue and orange bc they’re complementary colors on the color wheel, much like their personalities are complementary. Also, I once read that sports teams tend to pick complementary colors, so that’s probably why the Ravens have purple and yellow even tho they seemingly clash.
I was just out at Disneyland for the first day of the Lunar New Year Festival 😊 the parade is a float with a lot of dancers in traditional costumes - definitely leaning towards cavalcade more than anything else. They also had a Lunar New Year feature for the first 30 seconds of World of Color with fireworks before the regular show. The merch is so fun!!!
During the segment Dad soup moment, it brought me back to when I was around 11/12 years old and I went off with a friend I wasn’t suppose to hang out with and we took our bikes to a trail at a place called Wildwood Park in Thousand Oaks, CA. We were heading down hill and I could not stop. The brakes didn’t want to work on the dirt. I had to jump off the bike and rolled down this dirt trail. I came home with scraps and scratches, little pebbles imbedded. I had to lie to my Mom and told her I fell off my bike on a street near our house that was a big hill.
I just did the 10k at Disneyland. The race course was amazing- almost the whole thing is running in the parks. I prefer that course to the recent Disney World 10k’s- much less road.
My 3 (nearly 4) year old daughter fell off her bike yesterday and hit her mouth, just like Jackson did based on how you described it. It was a horrible moment so I can totally empathise.
I think you were mistaken about the hotel you are staying at by epic Universe. The Helio hotel is the one inside the park and an opening date for that hotel has not been released. You are staying at the new outside the park hotel. You need to be specific cause some watchers can get confused
Class of 2009, represent! Also, i just knew Nick was going to say the other earl of sandwich was the one at the south florida turnpike rest stop. Miami, represent! 😂
I remember thinking that it was a terrible idea for Tim to ride Iron Guazi right after he had his tooth extracted. He learned the hard way not to do that again.
Girls are no different...I have two. My oldest was cautious and my youngest was clumsy AND a daredevil. There was one day where I looked out the front window and saw her happily riding her sister's bicycle down the street. No training wheels. She just hopped on and took off. Taught herself to ride that day, at only four years old. She was often needing stitches for different things.
I already look forward to this podcast, it makes me happy to think about it on Sunday night! Nick, would you ever consider vlogging? I’ve been a Tracker fan for years and I feel like if you had a channel it would be very interesting! 36:10 🤣🤣🤣🤣Tim’s NO! was perfect 👍 44:11 my senior trip was Hawaii too 1986 😮 in the dark ages. Very fun and the drinking age was 18 🤯🤦🏻♀️it wasn’t pretty for some people 🤣I was 17 and a rule follower sooo my trip was tame. 49:31 I bet it will be demonstrations of make up. Like they do at cons where there is someone getting a full makeup done and people can watch. Maybe they’ll sell make up kits to take home and use for Halloween 🎃 59:21 I loved the country bears as a kid but the world has changed so I’m excited to get a update rather than it just being lost to time 🧡🖤🧡
Sigh. Nick, we are the same age, graduated the same year, share the same birth month, same enneagram…then I find out you don’t like MUPPETS?!?! For shame! 😂😂 still love you guys just gotta give you a hard time.
The kids races are different distances depending on age, 50m, 100m, 200m and 300m. Don’t do Club runDisney…waste of money/disney capitalizing. You can register fine by being ready on multiple devices, having your profile prefilled, and having strong internet connection (I do WiFi on laptop but 5G on phone and just see which queue gets in first)
Both of my kids (13 and 6) will absolutely want to be a monster! My 13 year old 100% would choose vampire and the 6 year old…ummm either Wednesday Adams, Annabelle, a scary clown, etc. Honestly, my youngest loves creeping people out so it could go in so many directions 🤣 her bff is our Annabelle Halloween doll that we put on our porch at Halloween, though. So, yeah, my kids would totally participate! And we’ll be there in 10 days!!!!!
As a therapist, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the approach to talking about anxiety. Nick’s honesty and Tim’s supportive, but casual validation was top notch!!
I love the discussion about the normalization of anxiety! Especially in men, I feel like it isn’t talked about enough. ❤
I like how they balance each other out. Tim is kind of super chill and Nick is happy go lucky
Thanks for normalizing the anxiety, it’s something so many of us deal with but for some reason don’t want to let the outside world know. And kudos for pushing through filming despite feeling anxious!

Your chemistry together is fantastic I love this podcast.

I love their Hi Dad Soup talks each time
I love Busted. "That's What I Go To School For..." is the bomb!
I love the fake out openings that Tim keeps coming up with. Also, my wife would be very happy with the Busted reference as she is a long time fan and saw them this past year on their sold out tour.
Yes for more Brother Bear! 😍
Absolutely it is all about a coping mechanism. I finally have learned ways to cope. It literally took 47 years. My last 4 years have been so much better.

Hi, I'm 61 and when I was young the "dome" for climbing was called the Jungle Gym. Don't ask me why. I guess it matches the theme with the monkey bars. 😊 Love the podcasts!
Yessss BROTHER BEAR SOUNDTRACK!! That is a great though overlooked song for sure and would make a great addition to the show! ❤❤
With kids getting hurt, accidents happen. The biggest thing is to be there, let them know you love them and take care of any cuts/scraps. They will remember the love.
This podcast is a great motivation to work out on mondays so I can listen!

Thank you for my daily Monday Morning laughs. Love the different topics!! Looking forward to the next podcast.
Tim, I ran the Santa Hustle and cookies were given out on the course route! You’d love that!
Happy Monday That Tracks!❤

I am really enjoying the podcast guys.
SnuffleUPagus........kid born in 1970 in Mass here. Snuffy and original Grover were my fav.
They said “that tracks” in the SNL cold open from this Saturday. I immediately thought of you both.
this podcast is great for my runs - thanks for doing these. hmmm rundisney halloween in disneyland seems like alot of fun - good luck with registration I know you will get it-you have really good luck!
The journey form RunDisney to purple onions was the best part 🤣
Nick! I love that you are Swiftie!

Omg I just saw a tiktok video of a woman from my hometown doing the power line dance with her dad at her wedding. It’s the best!
I love how excited Tim is about RunDisney events after being so unsure of his first 10k. 😊
Let me assure you, Nick, little girls get into huge mischief too. When I was 9 years old, I went down a hill on roller skates and crashed right into the pokey side of a fire hydrant. Ravens fan here. Our colors are purple and black.
Loving the podcast. Great call joining forces. Nick, I get the Run Disney magic. I've already booked my stay for the Disneyland Halloween run weekend. Now, just crossing my fingers that I actually get an entry. 😊

Tortilla Joe's is still open in DD. Just went last week
I love my Zoom P4. And the fact that it can run off batteries for mobile use is awesome too. I have 3 podcasts and it’s been a powerhouse thus far.
Love these podcasts

Hi - as a mom of a little boy still obsessed with sesame Street. HBO has not cancelled the show, new episodes still load to max every week!
Great sound quality this week 😀

I love the motivational talk about being a father and hearing the ups and downs
We were at Taylor Swift concert in April & going to London in June. My 22 year old is a Swiftie! Taylor rocks, but go San Francisco 49ers!
“They’re funny things, accidents. You never have them till you’re having them” - Winnie the Pooh ❤
I graduated in 2009! We went to the grad bash at Hollywood studios! Plain white T’s Katy Perry and metro station. That’s so funny
I just did the 10k at Disneyland. The race course was amazing- almost the whole thing is running in the parks. I prefer that course to the recent Disney World 10k’s- much less road.
We went from RunDisney to Onions…. That Tracks! 😂
A Challenge? This could be interesting! Need to check into the RunDisney Halloween races! Sounds neat!
My 3 (nearly 4) year old daughter fell off her bike yesterday and hit her mouth, just like Jackson did based on how you described it. It was a horrible moment so I can totally empathise.
Oh wow, that run disney sounds awesome!!!! If only I could run 😂
202 , get ready for french fries, you. literally made me lol 🤣😂
I was also '09! We called it the Fine 09. I had a feeling Nick was around my age from the references he makes lol.
Same Tim! You are not alone in the red ears 😅 and I hate when people point it out 😂
Turning Red is soooo slept on! We need more Disney!! They could have a 4town ride or show like give us something 🥺
I think you were mistaken about the hotel you are staying at by epic Universe. The Helio hotel is the one inside the park and an opening date for that hotel has not been released. You are staying at the new outside the park hotel. You need to be specific cause some watchers can get confused

I am with Tim....my least favorite color is yellow.
I remember thinking that it was a terrible idea for Tim to ride Iron Guazi right after he had his tooth extracted. He learned the hard way not to do that again.
Love this podcast!! But fyi Sesame Street has NOT been cancelled 😂
Nick - hello fellow classer of ‘09! (Different countries through 😂)
I am with you both on country bear jamboree it needs updating and there are problematic lyrics I'm glad its being changed its about time
Does Nick work? Just curious what field or if Vlogging is his full time job. Love your podcasts! I haven't missed any.
Snuffleupagus!! He is the best!! (It’s not Snuffleuffugus)
What a nice pod
“I loved Barney” 👀
Girls are no different...I have two. My oldest was cautious and my youngest was clumsy AND a daredevil.

What if the monster makeover is something for HHN? A new VIP offering of becoming part of the houses.
Sigh. Nick, we are the same age, graduated the same year, share the same birth month, same enneagram…then I find out you don’t like MUPPETS?!?! For shame! 😂😂 still love you guys just gotta give you a hard time.
Awesome. Tim tracker. Is the man.
Ravens are purple and black Tim lol the yellow is just from the Maryland flag patch
i rub a worry stone which is also fidgeting but i find the worry stone is soothing
I knew I was the same age as Nick. Lol. We always said "we're so hot, we're so fine. We're the class of 2009"
We called that dome monkey bar thing a “rainbow” I got hurt on that thing so much lol
I want the bears to do country remakes of disney songs.
The kids races are different distances depending on age, 50m, 100m, 200m and 300m.
Don’t do Club runDisney…waste of money/disney capitalizing. You can register fine by being ready on multiple devices, having your profile prefilled, and having strong internet connection (I do WiFi on laptop but 5G on phone and just see which queue gets in first)
Our senior trip was to six flags New England lol class of 2011 “fina11y” was our slogan
Cleveland loves. Tim tracker. See you in the fog.
The country bears should sing possum Park from the Goofy movie
Class of 09 is the best. : )
09’…So fine!
Just used "that tracks" in conversion without thinking. I blame you guys 😂
The dome thing is called a geodesic climber.
Both of my kids (13 and 6) will absolutely want to be a monster!
