Yeah dude! I am amazed on how fast some of these dude can build/tear stuff down! I’m getting better at keeping after projects, but this would take me a year to make lol!
This is one of the coolest builds ive ever seen from the great sound of the 2 stroke to the versatility of the 4 wheeler to the uniqueness of the mower, love every bit.
Well when I rode my banshee in the woods to slow it got hot and started puking antifreeze. They like to run in mid range and top end for sure. They have zero bottom end so a lot of revving and clutch slipping at low speed. I think your build is still awesome and interesting. I really enjoyed it! God bless my friend! 👍
@@phoenixarizona8441 he was telling the commenter about doing an electric fan mod because commenter said his banshee ran hot in the woods and started spitting out antifreeze. Are you really that dense ?
HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing that thumb throttle out further toward your grip. so you can keep a more of a fist, rather than that sketchy spread eagle hand thing you got going.
Great build but seeing it’s 4x4 I think you need to gear it down. So you start off in 2nd gear when normal riding in 2x4 an use first gear when in 4x4 and mudding or crawling. You can’t use all 6 gears right now anyways I bet. So gear it down so you can have a granny 1st so to speak. An be like a 5 speed 2-6 most the time but still have that 1st gear when you need it. And a foot shifter
Some banshees have a dual Percock system for more fuel not saying It needs it but maybe if you ever decide to you know up the power 😏 you should definitely do that cuz banshees are very thirsty
I have loved this build all the way through it's like everything you build you're going to run into problems and hiccups it's just the nature of the Beast
Love the build! I'd have to agree with some of the other posters. Granny the 1st gear and use 2nd for normal riding. I think I would do a foot shifter but it's your build so you do you. Needs some leds in those old headlights. I like the banshee way better than the 3 cylinder imo
The carbs being big means they're designed for high rpm and ye being dual carb makes them even harder to set up and get balanced get them set up by a professional what a machine you have built and glad to see your arms healing well 👍🏻👌🏻
Pretty badass build but I might suggest that you set the shift linkage up for a foot shifter so you can jam it down a gear during a hill climb and make all around shifting easier.
Dude you built a sweet toy here!!! Gotta remember banshee's have a tall power band, they hate to be lugged will foul plugs fast. It's a ripper for sure
its easy to do wire harness in bikes and cars if you don't use blinkers or light, but if you want light you can but light + wire in battery -> rele -> twitch and another in ground.
That Murray is beautiful. One of my favorite builds on the entire internet. The first go kart I ever ridden in was a murray I think whatever makes shifting it super fast & easy Would help like The up & down button on old Honda quads.
I think it would be super rad if you set this up as a circle track racer or maybe built another lawnmower specifically for the dirt circle tracks. Those races get pretty wild!
You should install foot pockets that you can use to anchor yourself with your toes. It's like a snowboard binding but an open pocket you slide your foot into. Off road electric longboard guys use them. Since you don't have side bolstering, it should help keep you on your seat.
Come on Man !!! Vasily deserves workshop like Cars&Cameras and Junkyard Diggs . . .he does all his stuff alone on primitive benches and on the floor . . .this guy needs a proper Quad/ATV and bike lift . . .please shout out to somebody to sponsor/donate this guy a workshop/lift/tools . . .he builds way more awesome stuff than other UA-cam Channels !!!
I just got a 83 ford lawn mower put four wheeler tires on back got lights 3000 pound winch front tires and pully is getting done then maybe a 225 Yamaha 3 wheeler motor and possibly back end love the content
A heavy front bumper might help keep the front-end planted on the ground for those hill climbs. Awesome mower bud looking forward to more videos on this.
Bro.. You gotta shift way quicker. Stop letting it rev out so long. Once it starts pulling hard, just shift, shift, shift--- and it will pull just as hard through all those gears, and you'll be absolutely flying... You're staying in one gear too long and high reving, and there's no reason to... You MUST put that shifter down on your foot--- if you ride it correctly, it's going to go much faster than you want to go driving it one handed...... I'm telling you, you gotta put that shifter down on your left foot. I know it's gonna be hard with the linkage and the angles, ect.. But I've owned several banshee's, and I rode them has my "daily rider' -- even when I had a 450R, I still rode the banshee's way more often. That power band pull is addictive once you learn how to shift quickly and keep it pulling... But I would be terrified to do that one handed. lol....... Gotta get the shifter to your left foot, I can't stress it enough.
Hey Vasily, sorry neither of us thought about you needing at least the connector from the wiring harness for the front diff. Wish you would have called or messaged. Would have been happy to send it to you. Engine and everything is still just sitting in the garage. Getting closet to swap time. Glad you got it worked out.
I mowed grass on a murray just like that as a kid. Minus the banshee motor of course. Bad ass man. U just keep gettin better. I already watch all the stupid fast john channel too. Cool content too.
Sucker is crazy sick ! Might need to build a roll cage on that thing if you're going to be riding trails and hill climbing on it. I bet you could make a killer lookin simple cage for it.
I understand the steering wheel trying to stay as stock as possible but maybe try a set of bars, just for the sake of trying im sure it would feel much more stable. Its cool as hell though 🤘🤘🤘
That is one neat o machine there buddy 👍 you take care of yourself buddy and be safe in everything you do. May God bless you my friend 🙏 and keep you safe
Hey man I think you've done great! It's come a long way and I'm glad you aren't just throwing it aside seriously love the commitment. If it were me I think I'd try lower gearing ( only due to trail riding) and I think your hand have way to much to do. Maybe your feet could do more tasks? Just some ideas amazing build!
Same thing with my old square body chevy c10 4×4 Hill climbing sucked with the Eldabrock carb... flat ground it was awesome... the floats was letting it run out of gas on a hill.... Installed a Holley and WOW!!! I know yours is different, but the problem on your hills sounds the same.....
Dude sick Muray. You HAVE to do something with the shifting. Where the shifter is and how awkward it is for you to shift gears kills the ride. Make a linkage that goes to you foot, or a electric servo type deal where you can use paddles. Something better that what you have there.
Aye stupidfastjohn!!! Love that dude! 👌👌 I had the same crankseal problem too. Unfortunately it wqs too late when i found out and she locked up on me in 4th gear cruising. No Bueno, motor grenaded and is gonna be the most costly build ive ever done. So im glad you found your leak in time!!! They also have top end jetting mods such as instajet or dial a jet that go anywhere from 60-280 bucks and just goes onto your current carbs and makes it so you can adjust your main jet on the fly, i think insta jet even has it to where you can adjust the main jet by dial at the bars or wheel and makes it pretty easy when working with these wild 2strokes.
With how you got bucket like that you should add a pull release kill switch like what snow mobiles and jet skis have. So if you get yeeted the thing will stop
I still think foot controlled throttle keep your hands less busy for handling, and again, move the seat forward if possible, won't want to go over backwards as easy
Dude banged out a teardown and rebuild in a few hours in the middle of the night. Mad respect. Nice work!
I thought that was middle of the day ? lol

Automatic like the drag banshees would be the way to go
Automatic drag transmission would be the ticket
Let's go, Brandon!
"aw dude this is sketchy, im gonna do it again"
*Burns out in shop*
My already healthy respect for Vasily:📈
it's great, glad to see it's 4 wheel drive when you want. always disappoints me that more youtubers don't build smaller 4 wheel drive rigs.
Awesome to see you actually using this like you built it for! 👍
John is awesome! So cool to see y'all working together!
thanks Jordan
Some banshees have a dual Percock system for more fuel not saying It needs it but maybe if you ever decide to you know up the power 😏 you should definitely do that cuz banshees are very thirsty
You NAILED the geometry. Vasily RULES!!
I just bought a new dellorto Fuel Pump with a check valve built in to prevent carb overflow and it's awesome! Worth every bit of the $45 I spent!
I have loved this build all the way through it's like everything you build you're going to run into problems and hiccups it's just the nature of the Beast

This build is legit!! Love it, Vasily!! Keep up the great work!! Glad to see the arm is healing well.
