Looking Ah-Mazing! Even without a UA-cam channel though, it just feels good to be out in the yard even rain haha. Got my conveyor roller on front and those same deck rollers in back! Freeking love it! Good yard day for me too. Was able to get out all day, and get some Milorg down, felt good. I have some plans for that sunjoe for some paint and vinyl pieces, send ya a pic once it’s done.

I'm in the UK and have the Webb mower too, and you're right, that height drops in an instant if you bang the front roller to hard....you only know it's happened when the grass clippings double in an instant haha New subscriber and look forward to the next one 👍

The Webb is a mini Hudson Star reel mower. The Hudson Star is well made abit pricey but USA made so you can buy it. I ordered the Sun Joe but also may look at the Hudson Star. My yard is about 4000 sq ft but good exercise.
Oh man 4000 in the front would be a dream for me! Yeah I wanted to get the new Cali trimmer before the Hudson! Hudson is on the list though gotta get low! 😊🤙🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾
@@YardBrah After seeing some vids on the Sun Joe I decided to cancel my order. The manual reels are nice, so still seeing what is best. Gas powered reel mowers is not on my list. Thought you might have passed on the Cali trimmer, but it looks nice. A machine that does both reel mower and scarify with cartridges is nice ( Allett/Swardman) but my sun Joe scarifier does the job 2x a year. Just want to cut about 1", The Webb looks nice but may be to small for my yard. If the Hudson was less $$ but will see

Have you ever heard of or been on The Lawn Forum? It’s a great community of knowledge, and people will buy & split expensive lawn chemicals. I just recently got 4 oz of Prograss in a split with some other people since I have a tiny lawn. I do the same with TNEX since it’s mainly in gallon jugs.
Oh damn thank you I’ll have to check it out! Since I have the channel I don’t mind buying in large quantities since I test a lot of things but yeah prograss is $500 so going halves will help 😂 how is prograss did you see a difference? Thanks for the forum too 😊🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🤙🏾🙌🏾
@@YardBrah you’re welcome! I haven’t used the prograss yet, just waiting till the fall. It’s recommended to do a couple apps in the fall, combined with tenacity for best results.

Can you explain a bit more on what you're doing with adjusting the height so it can cut at 3mm? Can't quite make out how you're using spacers to adjust it
I go past the lowest point recommended literally slamming the mower almost to the ground. I’ve been cutting my bentgrass greens with the Webb at 3mm with no issues 🤙🏾

Why don’t you use the grass catcher, Is it better to mulch?
I mean yes and no… soil tests have proven mulching does nothing for the nitrogen in your lawn… we have all been lied to!!! 😂😂😂 the blades I’m thowing down onto the canopy look like confetti so they can break down faster. Usually I bag for that first cut and when I burn stripes in I take the bag off 😊👊🏾🤙🏾🙏🏾
What kind of grass do you have brah?
Variety of cool season grasses kbg, perennial rye, fescue you name it it’s in here.. unfortunately you can see poa and triv live here too 😂😊🤙🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾

how does it even work in the wet. if my grass even slightly damn it tends to clump w/fiskars. the rain is not stopping. so frustrating.
I cut a 1/3 and it shouldn’t clump up! In the rain I just a trim, and cut the tips 😊🤙🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾
YB! I got a Web12r coming soon. I have all Kentucky Blue grass throughout the yard, hoping the lines will pop! Any tips on using the Web to its best ability?
Aye nice you’re gonna love it! To lay down some epic stripes burn it in by doing multiple passes per stripe 😊 also make sure you put something to secure the front roller from going up and down on you I used washers with tape 😂 havnt dig into a permanent solution yet for preventing it from going up and down 😊🔥🙏🏾🤙🏾
I'm considering doing a full Reno on my nature strip this fall and seeding bentgrass and dropping the height to 3/8". You should start experimenting with some of your outer sidewalk strips. Kind of a bitch to water tho lol
I feel you man! Gotta lot of grass decisions to make before fall!!! 😊 the only problem with the sidewalk strips are all the manholes and obstacles in the way… the one towards the back I can get down low once I level but the front one is just a playground 😂 😊🤙🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾

Yes I need to find a better solution I put some washers and taped it so it doesn’t slip. If I can find a perfect square to place in that little adjustment cubby and hold it in place it would be perfect! One of many projects I have to get too! 😊👊🏾🤙🏾🙏🏾🔥

I have a question about weeds in rock beds or mulch beds. Have you ever used ortho grass + weed killer on those and if you have did it work well? I have mainly clover and some other broadleaf weeds that poked thru my tarp I laid down last year and I think I’ll just control weeds by spraying them but is there any product you’d recommend or comments on the ortho I’m using? Thanks.
Hey brotha I spray this bed every two months and it doesn’t stop growing weeds 😂 I use ortho I use round up I use everything…. I don’t know what else to use I mean they do die but then reincarnate to something different and more unique it seems like 😂😂😂 I’ll find a solution this year got nothing but videos to make!!! 😊🤙🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾
