I will visit in April - I am a little bit scared about food. I don’t like seafood and it looks like there is fish around every corner .....greetz from 🇩🇪
Hello Before trvaelling to japn I had the same concerns regarding the food . I'm muslim : - i cannot eat pork or drink alchohol . - even though my life is always in the sea but i'm allergic to seafood . These 3 ingredients are the essence of japan culinary culture . Before travelling to japan i printed small cards ( similar to driving liscene size ) written ( i'm muslim and i cannot eat pork - alchohol - seafood) and i used the 🚫 on thier pictures . Guess what ?? It worked like magic . Japanese are clever and now how to help But ... the only hinderence is the langauge barrier , most of us cannot speak Nihongo ( japanese ) and they cannot speak English very well . I highly suggest you make small card like the one i made , also you will find a LOT of pastries and food ever few steps you take , convinient store 7/11 is a life saviour and it's a must . Until i travelled to japan 6 times within 3 years , my favorite places would be : Sapporo - okinawa - gifu - kyoto . Enjoy your travel to Nippon and please tell us about yout experience after your travel . Best of regrads 🇰🇼 🌸🌸🌸
@MegLog_JAPAN aww 😞 I have a hard time finding Kushikatsu that I can eat. Because of my religion I can mostly eat seafood, fish and vegetables. But most places fry meats with everything else which means the non-meat options gets contaminated 😥
Thank you for mentioning a gluten free spot!! I am planning my visit to Japan later this year and have celiac disease so this may be place I can try. ❤
Thank you for the video! ありがとう! 🎉 I will be visiting Japan again in September and am currently looking for recommendations for places to see this video was very helpful :)

Curious why your eating profile is always from a side view.
Have you noticed that she covers her mouth in all of her videos?
It's either a fashion thing, or she is self conscious.
It's a fashion thing :)
@@ZyronZA covering mouth is typical for Japanese women historically. Filming from side profile is different.
