The only thing I remember always is that I should not treat my juniors badly like my seniors.
I used to spend time with them in Canteen daily without using mobile.
Bi-weekly I used to sit with them and ask my mistakes initially it was hard but later it molded me well.
I learnt the patience to hear fully.
