- After so many attempts to beat this mode in this game, I finally done it. I nearly gave up on this mode and I even took almost two months just to beat this mode. My favorite wrestler in this game is as you can see is Joe Budden. Why? He has a combination of High Flyer Powerhouse in his move sets. His charisma is I believe quite high because you can reach blazin' mode quickly. He has flaws though which pretty much everyone will not use him, his health and defense stats. He can be KO'd quickly if you are against D-mob, DMX, Method Man etc. However, if you know how to use him, he is a formidable wrestler.
I planned to play this mode on Gamecube using an emulator because you can have two extra Japanese artists on Japanese ISO but I can't find the ISO on the internet. Hence, I have to play this on PS2 ISO. Alright, please enjoy this gameplay in 1080p :)

You'll get approximately 10 seconds before the next matches. My hands particularly my fingers were starting to feel hurt from buttons mashing around "The Sanctuary". So, defense were difficult when your hands are hurt.

Hey man, I just completed survival mode because of your advice. I tried it before and I lost to Capone. But this time I beat it. I beat D-Mob with little to no effort. I also played through the game again as Tank and I beat him on my first try thanks to you. Your advice has helped me get better at this game. Thank you so much man.

Lucky I'm able to play this on the Xbox series X through Emulation. It's dope asf. This game and DJFFNY is one of my favorite games of all time

I nearly lost to four different opponents in this mode ( dmx, House, Wc, Razor) all the matches in all was 99:54 but the record said 2:04:24. The match against D-mob was damn there close to my downfall let alone the only time I had to mash the buttons before I was taken out by a pin. I beat D-Mob not by a traditional K.O but a pin while blazin. I don’t know how you made it look easy beating this mode but I’ll give full credit master noob, oh I also beat it with the protagonist Briggs - custom outfit 1
Are you playing on Hard Difficulty?
Mr. Noob yeah fam it wouldn’t matter if I had it on normal or easy. You should try fighting D-Mob with one of the girls that was also near impossible.
@@rolandmarks468 Actually it does matter because when you play this game on Hard Difficulty, your opponent's toughness got buffed, they get up quickly, their defenses are on steroid and they do extra damages on you. Same buff happen when I play Def Jam Fight for NY too.
Mr. Noob that explains why then four fighters gave me a hard time. Usually it would take 4 min in between but those four including d-mob took over five because they either reversed everything when I was blazin or they would get up everytime I did a takedown so I had to pin those four opponents and d-mob. I’ll get fight for ny this week but something tell me it’s going to be even more difficult since the style of the game is drastically different
@@rolandmarks468 Yeah, Fight for NY is a lot tougher but you'll be fine. You just need to work on your defenses or be extra unpredictable if you're focusing on offenses.

@@Prisma-Hunter Meth is a well-balanced wrestler in this game but he was more tankier than the FFNY. It will take time to bring his health down to danger unless you're using DMX or D-Mob. If you played as Meth in this game, you can be a defensive player or focus more on offense because he is balanced, your choice. Unlike Meth, you need to focus on your defense when you're playing as Joe.

I find this game more difficult than FFNY... How exactly do you reverse when grabbed? Do u just tap L1 or something?
Press X when you are being grappled to change position to rear grapple on the opponent. Press Square, R1 or L1 just about you're being grappled to reverse the grapple. You can't be too late or too early. Need precise timing, you have about 1 second to react to reverse the grapple. Tap only once or the reversal will never work. Reversals success rate also depend on how much momentum you have.
What mode is this?I don't remember seeing that mode the last time I played.Then again that was lik 5-6 years ago

I'm only 15 minutes in so far, but a fair number of matches so far could have been sped up by taunting once or twice.
P.S.: I just talked with someone about this and the Japanese version still hasn't been dumped yet.
I have played the Japanese version on my UA-cam channel several times now.
