7:40 Goku Universal Tree is from a promotional anime for the dragon ball heroes card game but like its basically a series where bunch of random things happen like Vegito Blue and Vegito SSJ4 fight Non canon Broly I digress.
To answer your question Monakage, Universal Tree Goku is when Goku was fighting this evil bird powered by a tree which absorbed the universes energy and when the evil bird dude tried to attack Goku, Goku converted the energy into his own while in Super Saiyan Blue and got this form which is why he's called Universe Tree Goku in Mugen, and the form is called Universal Blue by the fandom

you need to find the reset button for the mugen so that when a character is glitched you could place them back to the starting position but with the same health before the reset button also we need to see sun jin woo in a video

When ever they get stuck press ctrl + I to reset them in the sense that they return to ground level in case they are stuck doing an action or outside the battle zone.
they made demon slayer characters over power as hell and they nerf 90% of dbz characters
yeah unless it’s Goku 20,000/1000 years old/Terror they’re extremely under-powered but Yoriichi and Full Power Kokushibo are cracked as hell for no reason lol
also the disappointing thing with dbz characters is there fighting is super linear/slow combos so most of the characters beat them just on frame hit alone
I saw a rengoku mugen and he is cracked.

single attack spam characters are broken and lame af. some characters have detailed combo animations, some only literally have one with the stagger loop
Some of it is really dope! but too many messed up broken characters, too many bugs aswel. Not the best roster. But yeah its huge
Gear 5 Luffy is LITERALLY a cartoon character. Like as in, when he gets hit in the manga the characters physically see stars above his head, he runs on air and generates fire when he does, etc. He has loony tunes SFX because he is straight out of loony tunes.

You should do 4v4 Mugen fights
then he should play anime stardust mugen for the best experience for team battle because all the character will share the same power (mana/lvl) to use move but in anime stardust mugen you can turn off power share (sry for bad grammar)
You should replace your itachi with itachi s1 hes really good and you should also add ultimate tanjiro hes really strong stronger then dio k1 im not kidding

i really recommended you to try out other mugen game like Anime stardust mugen althought the roster is pretty small but the character are balance and have really good effect you can also play the game urself instead of just watching ai fighting
