15:00 how cool it could be to have a goal as a family to pray once a week to find out someone who is prepared to receive Lord’s help.

A wonderful presentation on how to love, share and invite Heavenly Father's children, our brothers and sisters, who come across our path to come with us as we strive to become more like Jesus Christ on the covenant path.

See people not for what they are but for what they can become. Treat them with the eye of faith. If sincere, you will live to see the eye of faith become a reality.

The world needs more love and discussions about Jesus Christ. There is way to much friction.

What a wonderful message and truly wonderful stories and videos. It would have been even better and more genuine if the brethren hadn’t read their messages from a teleprompter though.

Ahh yes, cult recruiting with love, inviting and uniting. We are a cult of loving and serving others. I hope the cops don’t catch us! I love you CJ and God bless you :D

@@chasehenson7961 I remember as a missionary I would really get upset when people called our church a cult. But now I understand why.
The problem with this approach is the "love and service" demonstrated are usually not genuine. This is something known as "love bombing". en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Love_bombing
This is not love for love's sake. This is a manipulative tactic with an ulterior motive. Show people love so they will join our church and give us money.
The church also shows it's lack of genuine love when they don't accept LGBT people for who they are and make doctrinal claims that blacks are inferior to whites and never apologize for their racist ideology.

@@CJ-oc2ff What you’re saying is false. I’ve been have been in multiple leadership meetings, missionary teaching sessions, conversations etc and I can tell you the love more often than not and overwhelmingly is genuine. People pour their heart into the work across the globe without an ulterior motive. I’ve seen it many many times first hand.

@@brandonr7480 So you're saying that when missionaries go out and do service for people, they don't hope/expect that those people they serve will listen to their message and be baptized?
That's called having an ulterior motive. I know. I was a missionary for 2 years. We did service so people would listen to us.
And I get it, I've been a member for over 30 years. So I've also seen it firsthand. The people are generally really good and genuine people. I'm not disputing that. What I am disputing is the whole idea of love in the Mormon church to others often comes with ulterior motives. If we love and serve people, maybe they'll want to come to come to Church or if they are inactive maybe we can get them to come back. This is more manipulative then genuine even though the members may feel genuine.
I also believe the Mormon Church's teachings in many ways are contrary to love. For over 150 years they excluded black people from the temple and the priesthood. That's not love. That's racist. And they never apologized for it.
Currently, the LDS church does not fully accept our LGBT brothers and sisters. Excommunicating or kicking those people out because they choose to love and marry someone of the same gender which the Church deems unacceptable is not love. Love is accepting people for who they are without condition.
The other reason I use the term "cult" is because of the temple. When you go into the temple you are not informed about what promises you will make until its too late. And prior to 1990 you used to have to swear a death oath that you would suffer your life to be taken if you divulged the signs and tokens. If you don't believe me, Elder Holland even admits it in a BBC interview after trying to deny it. ua-cam.com/video/4jyU97I12AQ/v-deo.html

our book of scripture the book of mormon says you can judge a tree by its fruit, we believe in loving sharing and inviting, those seem like good things wouldnt you agree?
