I use for 1 cup of cream, 3 drops yellow, 2 drops pink and 2 drops red to get that skin color. I use wilton colors. You can start with one drop of each and then add more as you mix and see the emerging color.
I suppose you are asking skin color, that's a combination of yellow (3 drops), red (that actually turns cream pink) and orange 1 drop each. See and adjust as you are mixing.

How do you store the cake ? Fridge? Would it be good from one day to the other? I mean would the whipped cream maintain the consistency?
You can store it in the fridge upto 2 days in an airtight container. The whipped cream will not be as fresh as the first day though.
