ALC is something ive played with since I first discovered it in season 1, try these out man.
Deadzone: 3
Outer threshold: 10
Response curve: 0
Yaw: 300
Pitch: 200
Extra Yaw: 200
Yaw Ramp up time: 30
ADS yaw: 160
ADS pitch: 160
ADS Extra yaw/pitch default
Ramp up/Delay Both Maxxed.
Per optic setting 0.6, 0.6, 0.8, 0.8, 0.8, 1.0, 1.0.
Ive found that having the outer threshold kick in at 90% stick movement, while keeping the normal yaw lower makes my hip fire insane.
The lower per optic settings help keep my aim on target and less jittery, the 0 response curve and again outer threshold keep it fast but accurate. I know it sounds odd, but try it, you can adjust the yaw/pitch and ADS settings to suit you.

ive been messing with 1, 5 and 10 response curve and i rly feel like lesser i have better im at close range , but higher i have better am at long range , and i tried 5 because its the midle i feel so akward seems like i cant lock to the target. so what u recommend? 1, or 10 response curve . for me to invest and train?

1 gives you that more of a raw input feel. If you can MASTER that I think the lower the better
