Haha, it's ok! And I feel your pain, as a once-beginner. Alas, I don't download my clips, I use a screen-recording software (Camtasia Studio). It works well because I can then get anything that'll play on my screen, but a little annoying because you have to sit there and physically record it rather than get the file wholesale... anyway! So. Yeah. :)
