  • Once you guys learn and understand how to transition from one freeze to the next, it is time to start training. Start off slow but then start moving faster. You can also start using this drill as a workout. Hope you enjoy!!!

    This exercize is dope, but I would suggest a tiny change. Start from pressup position, do a pressup, then get into the baby position and do the stack, all in one motion. This way it also helps learn how to transition from footwork to baby.

      I think you should learn everything on both sides...
      Freezes, both sides.
      Top rock, both sides.
      clockwise and counter-clockwise for footworks
      Power moves... maybe not... if you can do both that's VERY GOOD. Maybe learn a few power moves both ways.
