You can make reservations in advance online. If you are trying to book an onboard activity, you can go talk to the crew members at that location on the ship or make your reservations through the Royal Caribbean app once you are onboard.
It's actually the days at port where those activities are free (for a shorter time) and then you pay when the ship is at sea and not what you initially stated at the beginning of the video

The easiest is probably getting a taxi or ride share. They can take you directly to the passenger drop off area. Enjoy your cruise!
