It would be slow clear, but faster if u use Q number 3 in flat 5, but thats bad at PvP

You can't have 2400 hp with 1000
if you pause at right moment you can see what tier build I use/my hp and sometimes even IP

No, in the 4.1 hero series, I always use the 4.1 set, or sometimes alternatively, the 5.0. I think you missed that I don’t wear capes that's lower my IP, but at the cost of their special effects.

This build is so goddamn easy to counter and he’s not killing same tier either he be killing 6,1 6,2
I never said you can not counter it, most of the time if you don't have a defensive you will most likely lose to that weapon. yes you can counter it there are many ways, did my comment upset you ?
