For you or anyone reading this wanting to replicate the team: The rotation gets scuffed by using Bennet burst before Chevreuse burst, reducing the uptime on Razor's pyro infusion. Chevreuse's personal damage is unimportant before C4, there's no point in spending Fantastic Voyage on it, especially not for a support statline over Attack/Damage/Crit. If you have C6 on Razor, you should consider normal attacking once before skill at the start of you rotation. This will give you more energy going into you first rotation. There's no need to e-skill a second time at immediately following Razor's burst. You don't gain particles from it, It's a slow animation that is a DPS loss unless you are trying to stack Crimson Witch or get your skill on cooldown for Thundering Fury in Aggravate. Doing standard razor combos will get you max sigils anyway. Dash (or swap) canceling Razor's skill is possible and always a DPS gain in or out of burst. You should skill before burst and dash cancel to funnel particles to yourself to take advantage of Razor's A4 (additional ER when at low energy). This significantly decreases you ER needs as the sole Electro unit. When you activate Chevreuse C1, Razor should be on field in his burst for at least the duration of Xiangling's Pyronado to get both Energy restorations, further decreasing his ER needs. If you're having energy issues with Xiangling gating your rotation, change your rotation to funnel the Pyro particles from Chevreuse to Xiangling and drop Guoba then. C0 Chevreuse (without Noblesse) doesn't even need to burst on this team anyway. Gilded Dreams/CrimsonWitch: EM/EM/EM or ATK/Pyro/Crit with great artifacts and weapons.
This is really detailed and I agree for the most part! I assume your last set recommendation is for Razor, which I agree. Thunderfury also works really well for Razor in this team. Chevreuse honestly just want HP% to reach 40k, and then anything goes. She uses noblese well if Bennet doesn't have it, or the new healing set/clam for slight buff if you have them, but not necessary. Instructor on Bennet/Chevreuse might be good if you want to amp up the overload done by Razor as much as possible. I had Razor on hybrid build that I can kind of play with any team, so I didn't min max his overload damage on this team specifically. I haven't personally test dps Chevreuse yet though, but it's likely to be inferior to max buffing with A4 talent for the whole team.
