DEI is 💯% race based discrimination.......... but race based discrimination, even if destructive to individuals or a society, is NOT necessarily racism. Same with AA (Affirmative Action)....... it's 💯% race based discrimination and is harmful but it's not racism. 👍
It's funny and sad. When a DEI hire won out on someone that is definitely qualified for the position. The person usually quits anyway because they can't do the job. So they lose 2 people. Doesn't make sense
Last year I applied to a program, wrote 3 sentences on why I’m a good fit and got rejected for someone who was trans. This year I wrote 1 sentence about how there isn’t enough woman in their workforce and they let me in.
"diversity", "equity", and "inclusion" are what are called "floating abstractions". concepts that are disconnected from the chain of concepts that link them to reality. Once theyre disconnected from reality, anything goes..
I have noticed something lately which has always been around but on an uptick. Where those who had 1 parent or bad parents try to guilt others who had good parents. Claiming they don't appreciate them and don't deserve to feel happy or as if they have accomplished anything in their own life. Those people want you to appreciate them not your parents. They are expecting you to praise them because their parents failed them. It's an odd subcategory of the victim, and you can never appreciate your parents enough to please them so ignore them
Jealousy has always been a thing. The victim class just ran out of things to be jealous of so they’re attacking the source of things you didn’t have to struggle for: food, shelter, clothing, love, a decent Christmas, a decent education. It’s projection. A shame ritual.
A quote that hit hard with me was from Kobe Bryant when he said it’s not really a secret to success. It’s just hard work. It always stuck with me and I remind my kids and other young people all the time.
You are definitely more articulate than I. I made this point, among many others and was fought to accept one phrase that did not make many further points to support what was first opposing my original statement. Refuse immediate and obscured victimhood. Keep it going, Sir.
I so enjoy your content and how you share it with your viewers. I typically watch the LFR family and Brandon Tatum, but you’re how my favorite. You stay on topic of which you are well informed and convey it so eloquently. Thank you. 🙏🏻
My mom (costa rican) who works in a hospital in a big liberal city and county, is a big liberal that gets her political opinions from the tv ( I bet you can all guess what show she watches for that kinda stuff). Shes in her 50’s and works her ass off regardless of how short shes fallen career wise. The 30 yr old african american girl does a tenth of what my mom does while literally everyday being late by sometimes hours, leaving my mom with all the slack to pick up until the girl clocks in. I never thought in my lifetime id hear her speak anti DEI rhetoric when she complains about the girl saying stuff like “she gets away with this because shes black and everyone is afraid of looking racist if they chastise her”. Shes 100% right, but shes 50 something and it took for her to directly deal with it for her to realize DEI practices are wrong. Once i explained to her critical race theory, she was at a loss for words ( I used the blue Ivy example). People are intrinsically waking up, even if my mom is still a liberal. Gotta take whatever W I can get when it comes to my parents 😂🤷♂️
If DEI is a universal truth It should be able to be applied universally I will believe it when they successfully apply it to the NBA, NFL , and NHL Why doesn’t it work? Oh you mean it’s stupid? That’s what I thought 😎
Hey man, only came across your videos a day or two ago but I'm already enjoying how well you articulate and present yourself. I've been thinking about these things over the last few years, coming to a lot of the same conclusions you're making and wish other people could wake up. DEI is setting us back generations and so many of us don't even see it. Keep doing what you're doing. Your voice is needed.
Think about it: Racism is implied. African-Americans are chosen because of quality & quantity issues, but other groups & women only have quantity issues.
Imo dei is an insult. Hire me if I'm qualified not bec of the color of my skin. Also, imagine If you are fully qualified, but now people would think you are there just bec of dei.. But in reality you earned it
@@Cons2911 Why does anyone question how a person got their job? Used properly, DEI just meant that you would look for qualified people in areas you didn't look before. Companies were lazy and just started checking boxes. So its a good idea, just needed to be executed better. The reality is. DEI covered women, people of color, veterans, and people with disabilities. We complain that people live off the goverment and should get a job... then get mad that Companies want to hire them. Which is it?
There are so many contradictions in your argument but let’s start at power. So you demonize someone who uses empathy to gain marginal power but not the ones who use wealth or forced power. Power over one’s self is not accounting for the forced hierarchy of the system that we all are forced into. There is no such perfect system.
Now make a video about legacy admissions and Donald Trump hiring his family members. You won’t feed that red meat to your audience because you’re trying so hard to portray yourself in a certain way hoping you will get as many views and subs as other black conservatives.
They are not the same thing, and you know that. Btw, the Biden family faired VERY WELL as him being in politics and then president. Why else did he pardon his whole family?
Bro, wtf does that have to do with anything the man was saying in this video? Some of ya'll are so damn stuck on stupid when it comes to Trump you don't even know how to have a conversation without bringing him up.
I’m genuinely confused as to what this has to do with anything? If you want to speak on neoposim you may want to speak on Biden pardoning his family members, including his son. That’s dangerous and criminal nepotism
Ruling class mentality versus victim mentality. If people are so called woke, then they need to understand this basic principle. The ones the rule, make the laws, will always look out and take care of their own. That’s what “rulers” do. The victims generally complain and ask for crumbs from the table. Requesting equality. Why would a ruler, a king, a conqueror, ever consider being equal with those he conquers and rules over. For the life of me I’ll never understand this mentality. Want to be an equal, build, rule, govern your own. Come to the table with true equity. Other than that stop 🛑 begging. Even these Black conservatives, thinking that the others, have a spot for them …TUH, no TF they don’t… they aren’t equal, they don’t have a spot, they are simply off the plantation… One thing that Aquarian waves said that reasonable and resonates with me was personal empowerment….it starts there. Man we’ve got to stop begging and stop worrying about what “they” do to us and for us…and do for self. EFF the Dems and the GOP.

DEI- Discrimination, Entitlement, Ignorance.
I like to abbreviate it as discrimination, exclusion and insanity

dude youre brilliant
People need to understand that we all have one common trait, we are all human.
My man! 100 percent right!!!
Hire me because for my qualifications and fire me for my incompetence. I dont want to be hired or fired based on my skin color
If I was going to get saved by a firefighter same age as me looking like me I would be done….lol
