I am shocked that this interview has not been watched more. Eva Longoria is an amazing person and woman, and I have been following her career on and off the screen since Desperate Housewives and learning that she had opened up her own restaurant. She has so much personality and really funny and humble, I love listening to her kind and wise words. Great interview ForbesWomen.

I'd like to say I am shocked too, but I've come to realize that Forbes readers lean conservative, which is not the most welcoming audience for Latinos and certainly not Latina entrepreneurs.

Eva Longoria is not MEXICAN she is SPANISH. She did a 23ANDME - Here were the results -- in 1767, the king of Spain gave Pedro Longoria her GREATEST GRANDFATHER 4,000 acres of land in what is now Texas, just north of the Mexican border.

I’d love to see a movie about a Mexican family going through all the changes of time,wars, history, flags, in time lapse sort of way yet coming out in same place all those generations later and all the amazing things surmounted and gained by staying steadfast in same land.
