I wished you had the opportunity to get into heavier 8snow, but other than that nice review. I initially wanted Wranglers with Kevlar, but after finding these tires and watching several reviews and your video I think I am going with the Pirelli. I would never have thought, Pirelli for my 2013 Toyota Highlander, and not for street reasons.
Many thanks for joining and commenting @COddietsch ! Me too. Last year’s snow fall was a letdown and looks like this year’s will be the same. I am creating a 1 year update video. These tires have been excellent. Right on per would never have thought Pirelli. I was looking for a good value tire at the time and when this Pirelli tire was listed as the least expensive.. $165 per tire, I had to see for myself what a Pirelli SUV A/T tire could do. Enjoy your set.
If my GX460 needs some AT tires Im getting the Pirelli Scorpion ATs. But I prefer an all-weather tire so I will replace the Nokian WRG4 SUVs with the new Pirelli Scorpion Weather Actives.
Thanks for joining and commenting RV- the drop has not been bad. We have lost about half a mile per gallon on average with mostly highway driving. Probably closer to 1 mile per gallon loss with town driving. Definitely pleased with these tires.
My CC tires died a premature death! At 10k miles the tires worn unevenly causing a loud whine noise. The tire shop let us recoup 75% of what we paid for new tires. Still it was a major disappointment in quality. I do rotate my tires every 7k miles.

Nice review up to the claim of nice traction on ice -- excepting chains and pre-determined movements, few tires defeat icy conditions!
Thx @em-qk4go for joining and commenting. Cheers to your contribution. I am about to add a 1 year review of the tires. They have been fantastic.

Were you able to fit the spare tire without any modifications ?
Great question huesome. I have not swapped the spare yet. I will follow up with the answer. Thx for joining and commenting
I fit a 265/65/17 in my 2010 GX460. Barely clears the trailer hitch
How is the gas mileage since the switch?

Thanks for joining and commenting Jeff. Appreciate you offering up your tire experience. I will check it out. Interesting tread on that series.
Good all-weather tire but mine are dry rotted at 2 years old and at wear bars at 60k miles
I wish they made them for our Toyota Sequoia, 270 55R20.
disagree... very loud and known to dry rot...
