I argue the Government to issue weakly /daily update on the rates through news paper, National TV. This will avoid speculation from any one. At least people will relay on what is on the news paperor National Tv. I see this work effective in Uganda and I believe it can work for South Sudan. I argue the president to plan weekly or month nation address together with ministry of finance to update the general public on expected rates. This will also reduce issues of speculation. Let them set targets, update the general public on Daily basis on the Central bank rate and set minimum profit of plus 1 0r 2% for the black market vendors. So that they don’t cheat the public so much. At least in 100$ used they should get a profit of 1 or 2 dollar only ( that is what I am trying to mean) if I am given chance I feel, I should share my more of my ideas with the president direct.

Africans must learn how to rely on themselves>
How can we rely on countries that are poor in resources.
This problem is general in Africa.
I hope we get our currencies as Africans.
