The oldest printed books in the world are Iraqi, printed during the time of the Abbasid Empire, around the thirteenth century AD you can upload it from Google. The Turks appeared at the beginning of the fourteenth century AD. Before this date, they were herding sheep in the deserts of Central Asia and learned cooking from the Iraqis and the countries of southern and eastern Europe that they occupied.
