I faced the same problems when my father was in ICU (narhari hosp. Gujarat). The hospital was a semi-government trust operated, believed to be good. But, the doctors in the ICU worked and behaved like typical government employees, the nursing staff had no mercy on the dying patients in the ICU. Actually, only the extremely rich people can have proper medical treatment in India. This is the fact.

It was against his wish to end up there and he initially requested to be sent home with oxygen instead, yet they "strongly suggested" that he stays in the hosp and got sent to ICU. It was disgusting to see my father die looking like that and unable to even share his final words with us. I know if he could talk, he would have condemned the crooked doctors

One of my security people told me about how he used to drive ambulance during the lockdown & how some evil hospital officials were black marketing the organs of the dead covid patients. Some patients were even killed in the pretext of covid, just to earn money by selling their organs, which has a very huge business abroad.
