- Dr. Alex Hannenberg facilitates a TeamSTEPPS video simulation training for Module 2 on team leadership. In this training, trainees will learn how to:
1. Identify the use of briefing, huddles, and debriefing;
2. Apply debriefing checklist to identify opportunities for the team’s improvement;
3. Recognize adjustments to observed communications to improve patient care.
